I do a similar job, unless she was stealing, policy wise for him/target he cant do that, and cant handcuff on the ground. More than likely he will be fired unfortunatley

No i get and understand that, i do. Im simply stating he is not a cop, therefore he cant intervene between what two customers do. Im not saying he should be fired, im simply stating that based on his actions and what target's policies are, he, in their mind, made the wrong decision

Some people here haven't handcuffed a person on drugs before apparently lol

It's not as easy as you might think it is... This employee just needed better skill in actually applying the cuffs, he had pretty good control of her for the most part

Really not in thejob description. It's an individual's decision that could go either way.

Holding someone is one thing. Holding them while trying to cuff them is a different challenge altogether. Even if you were twice as big and twice and strong, it would still be difficult to do when they're struggling against you.
