Alright listen up you ***gots who are saying you're too busy or you've got better things to do. Let me ask you this - what is more important than watching the greatest TV series in existence?

I don't give a **** if you have a busy job or kids or a social life. I believe everything happens for a reason. The single cell organism that we all evolved from spent billions of years adapting and changing in a harsh environment to eventually become George R.R. Martin so he could bless us with his genius and the game of thrones universe. So if you can't appreciate that and if you're telling me you can't find one hour out of your day to view this MASTERPIECE then you obviously don't enjoy life and there truly isn't a shred of hope for you in this world.

I was once like some of you... I skimmed through a few episodes and It didn't interest me, at face value it looked like some generic medieval/fantasy soap opera type ****.

Boy was I wrong, little did I know it was the single best show ever put on this gay earth and if George R.R. Martin were to drop his pants in front of me I would gladly and willingly stroke his succulent penis (no homo) as it is the very least I owe him for the hours of pleasure and entertainment he has provided me with.

Watch at least the entire season one before you judge it. Everything unfolds slowly into one eventual mind **** and orgasm that will get you hooked without a single doubt.

Your obsession with "making it" is silly. There are far better ways to spend your time in terms of pursuit to success than the misc. If anyone from the misc has "made it", the misc definitely had nothing to do with it.

I hope you know you can watch TV and still be a productive person.. you just need to find a balance. If you're watching TV all day, then yes, it is a waste of time.

It's the best show ever to air on TV, you're missing out if you aren't watching it. If you still haven't started, you have a wonderful chance to watch it without always waiting for next week's episode. While it may be fantasy themed, the majority of the time it's focused on politics and dialogue, not dragons fighting. Part of the story is also loosely based on a real series of events - Wars of the Roses in medieval England. It does require "active" viewing, you need to pay close attention and can't just turn it on in the background while you're beating your meat and expect to understand everything. Cinematography, costumes, sound and music, CGI, overall production value is second to none, it really is the best show ever.

If you gave it a chance, watched a couple of episodes and can't get into it then I guess quality TV is not for you and you can go back to watching Spongebob. If you are not even giving the show a chance for some bull**** reasons then you are a pleb and you should deffinitely try it.

You just need a good breakup, a weekend, a Netflix subscription, and a box of Kleenex.

Date one of these thirty miscers who will quickly break up with you over something stupid so this chain of events can happen and you can start posting in the GOT threads.

I've watched seasons 1-6 because I have too much down time in Afghanistan, but I don't like it. I keep thinking it will get better but it never does. It's the most over rated series of all time.

I've spent a total of 7 1/2 years in Iraq and Afghanistan with nothing but free time to watch tv shows all day. I've seen every major series of the past 20 years. GOT sucks.

We got the same 24 hours in a day boyo. I rather spend them on hobbies/school/work etc than rotting on tv. Maybe I will watch it at work one of these days though.

If its popular with the masses 99 times out of 100 I wouldn't like it. Like Dexter was a while back. Watched a few episodes and realized it wasn't the show for me.

It took me 3 attempts to watch the first episode but once I watched it all I was hooked, I watched series 1-4 in a month and have watched the rest as they come out, I'm glad I made the effort, I even have rains of castamere in my iTunes playlist!

Nope, lasted halfway through ep 1 before my brain just refused to give a crap. Love BB, ate up Better Call Saul, currently watching Ozark and revisiting Arrested Development and 30 Rock, as well as Aqua Teen Hunger Force (love that show). I just have a thing which is not a good thing which is if people go fkn batchit over something and it becomes an obsession everyone drones on and on and fkn on about, I deal out. Just can't do it. It means I miss out on some good stuff but it's not my fault, I just can't do it. Never seen Harry Potter or read any of the books, not one. Refuse to listen to Nick Cave (in Australia it's fkn retarded, people will break off a conversation if you don't want to massage his nuts), *almost* didn't watch Breaking Bad until I friend snuck it on a USB of other stuff he gave me.

Do you have such a big desire to stand out or something? Why would you refuse to watch something just because everybody else likes it? That just doesn't make any sense to me. You explain you didn't want to watch Breaking Bad because it was extremely popular, but you did and ended up loving it...
