It's very meaningful as the only confusion with the scale comes when brahs like you try to re-invent the definition.

This is how I see it:
Better Unborn's version
- Universal, absolute grading method
- Without considering location, race, ethnicity, culture. Which is more applicable in a very saturated places like the US, UK, and Europe as a whole.

samsbolton's version
- Specific
- Depending on demography
- Grading system will vary depending on where the person using it is from. Like a 10/10 in SE Asia may be an average from western countries and vice versa.

There's really no single, one, absolute scale that will apply worldwide.

Why does Stacy have to be the female Chad? I for one feel like Lauren should be the generic hot girl name.

Also glowton count is a better metric for feminine rating, I have no idea what the male equivalent would be.

Every Lauren I've ever met has been at least an 8/10.

I would say 6/10 probably 5/10 misc standards.

I don't like rating myself but probably better looking than her by a point or two. Would not swap her for anyone else based on looks alone, 100% srs.

These male scales are so ****ed up. That could be the wider variability in what women will accept/ find attractive, while most men across the spectrum have pretty standard ideas for what is "attractive"

Wife is currently about a 6 due to some extra chub (10-20 lbs overweight). Very pretty face but the extra chub has always annoyed me a bit.

But that was due to health issues and bad habits that have since been addressed. I taught her that excess sugar/carbs is the real killer and is terrible for you, and we have been meal planning together. She is also doing the Ilovekickboxing (cardio kickboxing but atleast you get to actually hit a bag) about 2-3 times a week and is already slimming down.

She is a solid 7 at ideal weight. I'm just a 5, 6 on my best days.

Most people will have lower standards in person than in pictures. When you see pictures, you often compare them to completely unrealistic standards, like an instagram model. When you see other people, you compare them to other people. So you may think your girl is a 7 or 8, but unless you post pictures for others to judge, she's more likely 1-2 points below what you think she is.

Heh..I suppose so. I don't claim to be a nutritionist or anything. All I know is that cutting carbs has worked wonders for me in the past whenever I had to lose any amount of weight.

I know everyone is different and what worked for me may not work for her.

The male scale needs to factor in body. For me, I care more about a guy's physique (where as girls, face is the first thing I notice). So it's more physique gets a score then if below average face - points, above average face + points. For women it's a flip.
