Actually the diesel gets better fuel economy by far than the same truck with a gas engine. I get 16-17 mpg around town (which is all up and down hill) and 22-23 mpg on the highway.

Black truck every bit of dirt and dust shows. With this one even when it is dirty and dusty from 5' away it looks pristine. Pleased with the white

Most likely. And i'll lower my payment yet again. Bumper to bumper warranty is 3 year/36k miles. And right around 3-4 years is when the rust from the road salt during winters starts to set in fully

$68k on a truck and you are self employed?

None should have anything to say after this

Nice truck.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Its too bad they don't lease HD trucks. If they did I would lease it in one of my company's names and the entire lease payment would be tax deductible.

Trucks hold their value pretty well and now they're decked out like a high end luxury car on the interior. If you can afford it, then it's a good buy.

Good luck with your transmission goals of 2017

Lot more uses for a truck than a sports car

Not to mention this truck weighs 8k lbs and does a 0–60-mph run in 6.5 seconds and a quarter mile time of 15.0 seconds at 91.8 mph
