I'm surprised he lasted this long, but boxer or not he's still a fighter. He would get absolutely demolished by Canelo or GGG though. Him and Adrien Broner might be a good fight lol

Conor's chin did impress me tonight - I thought Mayweather would have this wrapped up within 7. No question he was outclassed by miles even though he took the first 2 rounds on my scorecard.

well it brings me happiness that most of you are able to think logically instead of just blindly cheering for the underdog. There's no way you should have thought Connor would have won this fight sports are too advanced these days for randoms to come in and beat professionals. Even the worst professional boxers today would have won against Connor today just like the worst football player in the nfl would beat the best soccer player at football. The only reason it lasted so long is because that's just how Floyd fights. You can't just change ways like that after having the same strategy for 21 years. He probably also was told to not just end it right away tbh

Mayweather is supposed to be "the greatest ever"

Mcgreggor has never been in a professional boxing match.

Mayweather couldn't get him to the ground once in 10 rounds. Against a guy who was essentially a boxer as his 2nd or 3rd skillset.

It's too bad mcgreggor agreed to a pure boxing match. Floyd couldn't even take him to the mat once in his own wheelhouse. Do you know how bad Mcgreggor would have murdered him in something even halfway between the two sports?

Bottom line, Mcgreggor leaves tonight knowing if Floyd met him in the parking lot, there is 0 question who would end up left for dead.

MMA fans with no understanding that it takes a round or two to gauge your opponent, and have your strategy fully come to realisation.


-McGregor's punches and counter punches were barely doing any damage
-Everyone knew McGregor wouldn't last, and would get gased out towards the end
-Mayweather went at him, and picked up the pace as the rounds went on
-A naturally defensive fighter was in the attacking mode, confident that he'd be all right given what he experienced in the first 3 rounds, and knowing that it was downhill from there as McGregor continued to lose steam
-He knew he didn't have to be as cautious with Mcgregor after the first 3 rounds - hence him being so aggressive


It's what Mayweather does; he reads the opponent's abilities and strategy in the first few rounds, although with experienced boxers, he's a lot more cautious knowing that they have much better technique, and proper punching power. He clearly wasn't phased with McGregor's abilities.

Mayweather is a pussy who takes the fights that are easiest, and makes a fortune because of his bootlicking fanbois. Dodged Manny and fought him on 5 full years ages his prime. Fights an MMA guy with boxing rules and can't even knock him down once. He's a pussy who exploits the suckers who don't realize it for a good paycheck. That's all.
