Misc, how's your night so far?

I'm just sitting here watching the cooking channel and playing some daily chess while drinking some cheap Cabernet Sauvignon in a plastic cup because I just finished washing dishes. What ya'll up to tonight?

got off work. my back is kinda in pain lol. (didnt have time to swim today).

had a smoothie and a package of uncle bens rice while watching the news.

took a shower now streaming jre (may-mac) to catch up cuz i havent been on my podcasts since school started.

no school until tuesday.

jre is joe rogans podcast. one of the goats. ive been listening since the very first episode.

also fighter and the kid but the recent ones ive seen their chemistry is a little off (big brown getting hyooge success now while bryan callen is still joe rogans friend).

also every monday theres mma hour which is like 4 hours long...

yea the back situation sucks, but its mostly like cuz ive been taking some extra medications and a lot of caffeine. hopefully everything returns to base line after tmrws lane swim.

Get some deep tissue massage, hopepefully that'll help, Idk anything about mma except that chit looks badass and painful.
