The "Imma make a move" text doesn't work in that scenario brah. All you had to do was decide if you want to hang with her and try and make a move when the time is right without announcing it 7x through text, or if not worth it for you then just go NC.

Sounds like she is interested in you but knows she wouldn't be fully committed because she is still in love with her ex. Which isn't fair to you and I think she realizes that, which is why she is willing to hang out but doesn't want to do anything.

I get that it's bull**** but at the end of the day she'd drop you for her ex if she had the chance. Even if you did have some kind of relationship with her, she'd be distant, on and off, and weird. Speaking from experience here so hopefully this is helpful.
