Checking in brahs. Waiting and waiting.

The waiting is worse than anything so far. Hopefully it shifts a bit and misses us slightly. My brother who was good up until today has now been forced to evacuate due to storm surge. High probability of 10 to 15 feet. Unreal. I hope this thing moves enough so that doesn't happen.

He's on his way here now. This is nuts.

So the clouds on the westside are taking a beating and the storm has stalled for the last 2 hours. Fairly certain it will go north sometime tonight. The longer it stays stalled the greater chance the eye replacement cycle will finish and the storm will get stronger, a strong cat 4 by tomorrow.
