Happy Friday boyos. Have a date tonight but I ate my weight in Trader Joe's chicken nuggets (I am supposed to be cutting but relapsed) last night so need to do an hour of cardio after work to feel normal again.

That sounds like it gets pretty freaky after hours. I've had bronchitis for almost a week now. Been getting better everyday, so i'm feeling alright, but still a lingering cough. I'm guessing at this rate I should be good by mid next week.
