Looks good, thanks.
Im preparing to retire in my 50s. I don't see how things could decline after that, I'll probably start a small business to keep me busy, hit the gym, troll my kids, and travel.

I'm trying to convince my wife we need a beach condo but she's not biting on the idea yet.

Basically the plan is to pay off the house, get the kids through college and then quit "working".

Operation Sunday day drink was a major success (failure?) so I'm dragging ass at work.

May have got my first "lifting induced" injury last week. My shoulder started hurting right where my left trap is after a set of OHP. I don't really know what to do now.. Should I take time off? Hit it with a lacrosse ball?

It's not a terrible amount of pain, just not something I've experienced before.

Fondled a P-07 at Academy. Honestly felt like aids in my hand. Decocker was too big and in the way of my thumb. Slide lock is ugly as fuk. It might shoot amazing, but it definitely dropped down on the list of priorities.

Think I'll just accessorize the pistols I have and work on the long range rifles instead.

https://www.targetsportsusa.com/fede...9ap-p-659.aspx

That makes it $165/1k for American Eagle 124gr after rebate ($220, free shipping, 25% back up to $200 so nearly four full cases worth)

Not hard, but you do have to fill out some paperwork, pay $200, and wait some number of months (could be close to a year IDK what current times are) for the registration/taxation paperwork to get done

I restore axes as a side gig because tools aren't made like they used to be made, quality has gone down hill. Anyways I went all out on two ideas this weekend, a Punisher axe for Friday the 13th, I know a Jason axe would have been more fitting but prefer the Punisher movie.

The other axe was an American themed axe, inspired by someone on this forum posting what I believe was an AR with a flag skin/paint job and the We The People text.

I have a laser engraver that I use on wood/leather, for metal I just apply vinyl, laser cut the vinyl and then electro-etch the design into the metal. Working on some brass plaques next.

The theme of the two axes seem to fit in with similar themes that some guns have, may look at doing similar gun themes like the Spartans, etc.

Thanks man, Axes get really interesting from 1890s-1930s when they would use wax paper and acid to etch advertisement pieces on the heads, lasts decades compared to the paper labels of today. Axe mfg companies would etch designs into the heads for hardware stores as well, if they bought them in bulk. You can see these on my instagramwww.instagram.com/berensaxehouse
