Fuking trash. Fuking low IQ idiots. Fuking teens.

And I laugh the suggestion that they should face less of a punishment because they are young. So if you're 17 years old, it is ok to throw big rocks off a bridge and kill some innocent person? 17 year olds cannot comprehend their actions and the resulting consequences? Fuking lol.

If these kids get off lightly we know it's because one of these "boys will be boys" type people like him let them off.

And hows it murder without the intent to murder?
Maybe because they were dropping objects that they knew could cause injury/death onto people?

Some crimes are more serious than others, and not all crimes are worthy of defenses like supposed youth stupidly as a get of jail free card. Throwing heavy rocks at cars off a highway overpass does not constituent a crime that can be written off purely as youthful stupidity when done by teenagers. Hawking loogies would have been a bad "joke"; these teenagers knew damn well someone could die or be seriously injured by their actions of hurling rocks at the cars from an overpass.

Are you telling me that you seriously wouldn't have known what you were doing had a fellow chitheaded kid asked you to throw rocks at cars from an overpass when you were a teenager? You could ask my 5 year old niece what would happen if someome did that, and she would tell you it's dangerous. So cut the bullcrap about playing the inoccent dumb kid card on this one for some puke teenagers who are clearly psychopaths with no regards for the well being of innocent people around them.

Yeah my bad

Just looked up Michigan law and 2nd degree murder doesn't require intent,
which is at odds with most developed nations definition of murder

Whoa where did I say "Innocent dumb kids"?
I wasn't defending them I said they're evil and deserve a long time in jail,
I was just pointing out the inconsistencies in the legal system

The idea of lesser punishments for people under 18 is to be more forgiving and not royally fukk up their lives if they happen to shoplift a pack of gum from a Walmart once in their lives, and cut them some slack with other crimes that aren't super malicious. This makes sense given that kids think much differently from adults and their perceptions and actions in life could very well improve regarding small crimes if the books aren't thrown at them when they aren't adults at the time of their crimes.

It was NOT intended to give lenient sentences for clear cut psychopathic behavior. A high school 17 year old kid might not fully grasp the problems associated with shoplifting some bubble gum, but they obviously know that throwing heavy rocks over a highway overpass is dangerous as hell, just as a legal adult would. So the cutting them slack for lack of forward thinking abilities doesn't apply when it comes to crimes like what is essentially murder.

They were probably inspired by the BLM rioters who threw rocks and bricks off an overpass, trying to hit interstate traffic.

Why would this not be murder in developed nations? You're hitting people with objects that you know will cause harm, in this case a rock is no different than firing a gun.

Phucking retard. People have been throwing chit at cars from overpasses for decades. Take your bullchit arguments somewhere else.

But anyway, these kunts were throwing boulders at cars. How dumb is that? Why can't kids just use snowballs or eggs like normal people?

The reason the teacher chit is so bad isn't so much the age gap it's the abuse of a position of authority. Outside of education no one really cares if a 17 year dude is banging a 28 year old at least not in europe where it's legal.

The real double standard here is these underage girls with fake IDs who go to parties, seduce an older man then when word gets out he becomes a sex offender and she's innocent. If a teen can be guilty of adult murder then these teen girls should be guilty of entrapment.

There is something weird about being on an overpass. When you see the cars/trucks zooming by below they look like nothing more than passing leaves in a cool autumn breeze. However at the same time you feel a great sense of power knowing how you are standing over all those occupants of the vehicles and at the same time you realize that you have absolutely no business spending more time on an overpass than it takes to walk at a reasonable speed unless you want to get thrown off.
Sheep by birth... Lemming by choice.

Most def. of murder are the direct intent to kill the person
Happened a lot in down here, and its always manslaughter

14 yo, 16 pound rock, driver killed, manslaughter and couple years in juveyhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Chris_Currie

3 young guys, big rock, truck driver killed, manslaughter and short jail termshttp://www.abc.net.au/worldtoday/stories/s165196.htm

Again, not defending the kids they desereve 20+ years jail imo, just curious as to the different laws definitions
