Not even close man. Its been 1 month. My tip is just consistency, no cheat meals, and lots of liss and just walking in general. IF is great too but not necessary. I just prefer it.

its easy if you dont keep the snacks around. I only kept food that built my diet in the house, everything else id have to actively go buy so i was going out of my way to mess it up and at that point i just didnt mess up.

Im shooting for 10% and then i wanna gain mass. I like being bigger honestly, 190 lean would be awesome, itd be about 20 lbs bigger than my avi though.

I've been doing that - no snacks in sight, but carbs. and dairy keep calling my name. I can manage the calories but the excess dairy is making me bloated AF. I'm working on limiting both. Wouldn't mind giving up all dairy except cheese (because it's hnnggg).

Gain mass? You already have a lot of mass. lol. I saw that picture (quads) you posted recently in another thread. Looking thick-solid-tight. But good luck with the cut. If you start a Workout Journal, it'll be a big help. Let me know if you decide to go that route.

Dairy is my favorite. I dont cut it out becauae i love cheese. Once you get lean enough its not gonna bloat you. I maintained single digits eating cheese with almost every meal. Gotta enjoy what youre eating or youre gonna feel like youre depriving yourself and youre never gonna stick to a program long term. If you like your food you wont have cravings and you wont feel the need to cheat.

As for the mass im pretty big right now. Im about 210 at 19-20% at 5'8. I probably wont have a perfect cut because it never pans out like that but i should be a lean 180. This is hands down the biggest ive ever been though im filling out the sleeves on an xl. Waist is about 33 inches right now. Ive got a lot of fat to lose though so i will probably fill out a large when im done cutting. Id like to be this size lean lean but idk if its doable natty. I probably wont start to lose size til im around 12% though so thats good at least. Got almost a 20 inch neck right now lol. I figure 190 lean would be exactly where i wanna be.
