I think you can still make money in alts but you gotta be on your game even more. I had a feeling this was going to happen but not until next year. Kind of think there will be an alt surge but only for the top projects. Other than that you're probably looking at chasing pumps and dumps. BTC will continue its run though.

I think the alt market might start to self regulate. It took years for the internet bubble to pop and have a bunch of companies fall by the wayside. But we all know that crypto moves like 5x as fast as the traditional market.

Just my guess, but I'm thinking after this fork we'll see the usual bump, with the top alts holding their value. While all the other coins that aren't anything special don't recover their peak valuations and continue to bleed into next year. Next year is when things are supposed to really pop off with a lot of established alts. A lot of roadmaps feature big things in Q1-Q2. That would be the time that I think that the big players will shine while everything else falls off the map.

WTC suicide watch crew

The plan was to unload after people fomo'd the blockchain and wallet, but king cuck btc ruined everything.

These bags are getting heavy, still up on initial investment but down a lot of where it should be if not for the fork.

Arms spaghetti

No other choice than to buy the dip since I'm so heavy in WTC.

These btc gains aren't doing anything for my wallets value.

Agreed. I made 30% in alts yesterday looking for pumps and watching charts. There is money to be made in alts but it's more rare now. The easiest play is to just dump it all in btc and ride out the fork

Anyone watching loop? Is that pump from the air drop news?

The potential light at the end of the tunnel for some right now is seen if you look at the daily chart for BTC. Every two months for the past 6 months it's dipped hard. There was a May dip, a July dip, a September dip, and now we're coming up on the potential November dip, which happens to fall in the timeline right around the time of the fork (November 16th). Previous dips were July 15th and September 15th.

If the trend remains in place, we're looking at BTC dropping back to 5Kish levels.

Don't forget the rule of thumb for those thinking of investing into BTC right now either: Don't chase the pump!

who knows anymore. I seriously can't put logic or reasoning behind some alts rising and falling at this point.

DOVU could give you the most returns now that it's pretty much at the floor. 5 million dollar marketcap is ridiculous for a legit project

Rises and falls at this point are from pump and dump groups. A group can cause a coin to jump, easily. If it's an alt right now, no increase is really substantive, so it isn't a signal to chase and get in while it's hot or anything like that.

Just look at the posts from people who got into coins on yesterday's lows. They're crying less than 24 hours later. Buying into alts right now is really not a smart decision.

GOAT..so what's that latest and greatest on tomorrow's PBC news? I need to get some coin locked and loaded on the potential exchanges. Is GRS in the running? That thing has been pumping like crazy this week. Highest volume on Bitrex right now.

Zero surprise the WTC's and OMG's are bleeding, but I'm a bit surprised DOVU's down. No ****s crew, I'd buy more if I could. Maybe sell my AMB and double down on DOVU?

Seems like GRS is a clone of B2X, perhaps there is an interest from banks. Otherwise my guess is PnD.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to 2020Wellness again.

I think the same. If it dips below 4800$ there is going to be a whole new market sentiment tho I feel, personally I don't think we'll see that and I'll be going all in at 4800$

Every time you buy a coin, you should be outlining upcoming events, levels to sell and potential market events that can affect price and plans you can follow for each outcome.

The fork is one of the easiest plays to make money, but because of poor planning you'll be holding bags and just about breaking even.

While people that planned, sold their alts at the top, because they anticipated the Bitcoin bull rally leading up to the fork, they will hold BTC for B2X, then buy up cheap alts to capitalise on those profits too.

Same here, I was thinking about selling some, but the volume has been crazy the past couple of days. I feel that it could explode post fork with any positive news.
