Surprised so many people are liking it. I saw it last night and didn't like it. Felt like Thor was put in a GotG movie. Weird Tron hipster techno music, bright flashy lights and colors. Chris is awesome and was great, but it was too silly/light-hearted for a movie about the destruction of Asgard.
I'll admit it was nice seeing Thor more powerful though. He wrecks people in this movie including Hulk.

Yeah, good fun, watched it yesterday. Also impressed by Hemsworth size (no homo), and Kate Blanchett still beign hawt at 48 yo.
Also, aware yourselves on earlier work by the director Taika Waititi, What We Do In The Shadows and Hunt For The Wilderpeople, hilarious

Saw the movie opening day, ‘‘twas really good. Wayyy too many jokes, but many of them were funny.
Kate Blanchett should keep her hair brunette. It proves that brunette >>>>> blonde hair
Also how the phuck does Thor still trust Loki at the end of the movie? He’s betrayed him so many times

Watch it today. Awesome movie. Funny as hell. And not the gay funny tryhard like Guardians Galaxy 2, but legit funny writing. Couldn't stop laughing. Great action scenes.
You won't be disappointed (unless you're already short, bald, or ugly)

Again, they've been making these movies for longer than anyone on this site has been alive. Now is just the boom because we needed advancements in technology to really make them work.◄FILMM∆KER CRW►

Cate Blanchett looking fine for a near 50 year old dayum.
Awesome movie, pretty hilarious. LOLing more in the theater than I do for most comedies these days.

I did like how it seemed like Thor picked up Cap's fighting style. Dat spinning thing. I like MCU continuity.
Poor Bruce Banner. Hardcore PTSD by now.

I found it odd that no one acknowledged that Bruce Banner might be gone and stuck as Hulk
Overall seems most people love it and those who don't are for the reasons you stated. I still think this is 10x better than GotG volume 2 that movie made me cringe

They cant make it too serious, with a giant green Miscer there. The last time they made a Hulk movie serious, it didnt work out. Thor: Dark World was also a bit dark, it didnt turn out good either.
Do remember, a lot of their audiences are kids. This is the middle ground they can do. Something kids and adults will find enjoyable. Something that dc seem to not get.

I honestly didn't like GotG 1 either. Not a fan of that other Chris.

Also fuk that Cumberb*tch guy he's so annoying/unappealing. Half of what makes the Cap films, IM, and even Spiderman good is a solid and appealing main cast and charismatic leads.
