Just turned 40 bros...and life is peaking!

- Stressing less nonsense.
- Still not married but have a lady and we have real real "grown up" fun together
- Have more money
- I know myself better
- Harder to stay lean but makes the process somehow even more interesting and enjoy the gym more.
- My salt n pepper beard makes me feel authoritative (lol but true)
- I'm more in control of myself and my emotions.
- I'm "old" but not really, and since I'm fit chics actually show me much more attention than in past years.












Bros in their 20s, as most of you are, life aint chit now. Start building your foundation and make the right choices and you will have way more to look forward to if you follow the right blueprint!
