After years of self-development attempts with varied results I can honestly say that a lot of that chit is just mental masturbation. If you need to listen to an audiobook at 3x speed your not doing it for the right reason. Just be more picky with your book choice and listen to it at regular speed and actually enjoy it. I phucking hate morons who get off on reading a ton of books just to be like 'look at me being productive'.

In reality most 200 page books could be condensed down to 20 pages of useful information. Unsurprsingly, as such most books are literally worthless repetition of other material. Work out which ones are the best/most original and just read them

I've spent the last 50 years perfecting my morning routine. I start in my workout room benching 1200 pounds. My abs flex and girls within a 10 mile radius were getting wet. Once I am done with my daily 32 hour workout I cal one of the bitches I know, my favourite this week is Jessica. She is really damn hot and looks like a supermodel. SO I get into my Lamborghini Gallardo and rev it up to 40,000 RPM (this is an Italian import with special engine system). I got onto the freeway near my house and threw it into 8th gear, I hit about 600 mph and I could hear the sonic boom as I broke the sound barrier. As I was flooring it on the freeway like a badass, Jessica called me and said she wanted me to **** her. So be it.
I came to a full stop from 700 mph in front of her house. These Ferraris have top notch brakes, you know. So she gets out of the house and walks up to my Bugatti and starts eyeballing my dick. I could tell she was staring at it because when I looked at her I noticed she was looking at my dick. Booya.

Flash forward 10 minutes later. My 30 inch dick is going inside of her VAGINA, hitting them walls. I'm holding her entire body up with my left pinky as I'm ****ing her and she has 30,000 orgasms. She looks me in the eyes and she says "harder." V-TEC just kicked in, yo. I blow my load so hard she falls off my dick. There had to have been about two pints of cum everywhere. People say I cum like a pornstar, I wouldn't disagree with them.

I throw her a towel so she can clean herself up then I do a triple backflip into my Maserati and drive home

I don't see how people can retain info from an audiobook, especially while dealing with traffic and driving, especially on 3x playback. Odds are he doesn't really benefit from the audiobooks.

I guess everyone is different but I prefer to read rather than listen to a book. Also 4-5 miles at work? Not possible for most people. I would have to have a rolling laptop desk to walk at work, and I doubt I would be productive.

Most 'lifestyle' gurus are total bs. Some of the advice is good, but it's usually not practical to most people, aside from the waking up earlier and working on yourself part.

Only some people can do this. There is no amount of sleep that is agreed upon the medical field that is needed or required. Some of the most successful people work off less sleep (under 6 hours). This isn't for everyone though. Some thrive on 9-12 hours and are more productive. I sleep roughly 4-6 hours a night, and I don't think I get into deep deep sleep.

honestly you should be able to read faster than you can listen to.
since when you read you actually skip words but you cant skip words if you're listening to an audio book.

Listening to audio books at 3x speed....

Doesn't mean chit if you don't retain what's in the book. Goes in one end, exit the other like his bf's cum going thru his digestive system

I used to think exactly the same, until I finally took the plunge and started listening to audiobooks about a month ago (regular playback, not that try-hard 3x playback bullchit). I noticed I am a lot calmer while driving, and traffic doesn't seem to bother me as much. I'm not in a huge rush trying to get somewhere and jump out of the car. It's all I've been listening to now, and while it may not necessarily be meditative, it certainly gives me a short break/escape from the little stresses in my day. Perfect when I'm going to be sitting in traffic to and from work anyway. And it's a lot easier to retain the information than I originally thought it would be as well.

My routine -
- wake up at 3:45
- have pre gym snack/supps
- lift at 430
- come home, eat @ 615
- cry, feel depressed about going to work
- get ready, pack lunch
- cry on way to work
- suffer from 7-4PM
- hopefully get home by 415 with some semblance of my soul left.
