He is insane. He has in the past said he loved me then a few seconds later threatened to beat me up. Then the next day tried to undress me. He speaks to management however he likes and cusses at work. He has already said he is putting me through this because he likes me and then another time he said dislikes me and that i tricked him.

Ill tell management about what he's doing. And ill report him to the police. Thanks guys it might cost me my job but i think if this continues itll get worse.

It messed up cause im using my salary to help me establish a career by paying for books n classes. And now im not even close to at least organising my life n might end up losing my job.
Its just really fked up. I was just trying to maintain peace until i was closer to getting a solid career but now...all that will be gone.
And i cant even get full scholarships which is what i need only got partial scholarships.

Dumb how? I was blackmailed by someone who is insane. He has a history of harrassing women even customers n hasnt been fired. Im a woman working on becoming an accountant and to do that i need to pass multiple exams. Im also working on another career path.
Exams cost money which is why i need the job. Was trying to keep peace to void management seeing a vid of me screwing at work.
The coworker in question has already told management he doesnt care if he gets fired.
This same coworker was raised in a rough neighbourhood and so probably has teenage links there.
Also he is fing insane. He actually tried to have sex with me once when the door was open while coworkers were sone distance around

Maybe you ought to take some self defense classes or something. You seem to have issues with guys taking advantage of you. Maybe it's the way you present yourself. Do you walk with confidence and good posture? I dunno, these guys must see something that is making them think they can get away with touching you without your consent. I'm not victim blaming either, if this was a one off I wouldn't say the above. Also, don't fuk guys at work. Just don't. Outside of work, all good. At work, not good.

So the footage compromises him too. He won't leak it. Have you documented all the times he has done stuff like choked you, took his weiner out etc? If you have, you've got decent leverage if they try to fire you. Otherwise it's your word against his.

I don't think it's the slootiness of the story (she slept with a work colleague, no biggie) that makes people disbelieve her, more like the complete lack of logic and foresight OP has demonstrated during this affair and subsequent to it.

If you like your job and it pays well then do not get knolved with office politics.. There ois no upside too that

However I suggest you start keeping your cell phone recorder turned on so you will have some proof of his verbal attacks to present to HR or upper management.

If what you have saoid is true you should call a lawyer. You have a very good lawsuit.

Again he's the only one from work ive been intimate with. I didnt plan on doing it at work. I was already really attracted to him but kept my distance because i didnt think it was a good idea to start something. Then one day things got out if control and srx happened.

In terms of getting involved, I think that ship has sailed. However I would also like to know why OP thought getting involved with a guy at work she knew full well was a chit bag (she admitted he was an arsehole to everybody else) was a good idea. She didn't answer though.

That said, you're right about the lawsuit thing. She said she has documentation (via text convos) about some of the incidents.
