Part two, all but maybe hulk, thor and captain marvel die but the stones are removed and Adam Warlock resets the whole timeline allowing Marvel to reboot all these franchises.

The only things I didn't like about Winter Soldier was the plot was predictable and Black Widow's hair. Her hair was terrible in the movie.

I never thought it was Spider Man getting his face knocked in. Its clear by the color of the suit and if that wasnt enough, the back of the suit was not the same pattern as Spideys. The lights on the hands are a dead give away as well but it was hard to catch that in the trailer.
