If you had all day to sit and watch charts you could easily have made a bit on it over the last 24 hours. Seems to rise and fall within 10% consistently.

Honestly, that was the main reason I debated getting Dash instead of LTC.

Been thinking about getting in as well not only because of that, but I would think with all of the new people entering the space and signing up for Coinbase, they will notice Litecoin and think "Hey, that's like Bitcoin but much cheaper!" (yes, that entered into my head when I was a noob)

I think that's a significant factor actually. It's why I argued Bitcoin would do better if it listed mBTC. Newbies see the high price of Bitcoin and think it's unaffordable.

I agree, price alone definitely would have an influence on new people.

just bought this small dip at 9550 and my friend thought that you could only buy 1 full one coin like a stock... there is so much misinformation/lack of knowledge out there it's crazy.

There really is

But it allows us to make profits based on knowing more than others

Also I think this downward move has a bit to run yet, 9500 is a great price but i'm on the sidelines for a bit more (probably greedy lol)

TBH that's exactly what Litecoin is. Since BTC's scalability sucks, it's use on terms of day to day transactions is highly limited. LTC on the other hand was built with this in mind.

I actually enjoy the trading game. The risk we take to accumulate more BTC.

In the long run, we should come up on top. Stupid trades, FOMO buying and chasing pumps....things to avoid if you wanna have more BTC.

Just put about 36% of my ethconnect stack into lending. I already kissed that money goodbye the day i put it on their site. If somehow it's still there 150 days from now with all that interest, that's just bonus money at this point.

Fuk if only I could just stop looking at charts for 6 months. Need to go to on vacation in China without a VPN.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.
