Let all this chaos calm down for a bit. They are over loaded with new customers and high traffic that their customer service is pretty much non existent. Suprised they don’t hire more to help out as they are probably making hundreds of millions of dollars

That's what other brahs are saying, but it just feels like they purposefully stopping account recovery with the way their system is set up. Could just be that system overloaded and chit not working properly. I changed a number like 6 weeks ago and it went flawlessly. You're probably right.

Doyouevennm stunting on us right now
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

this thread moves so fast but Im seeing some wacky theories a few pages back from all these new investors. Sats dont matter??? wtf

Hard lessons are usually the best but here are some things Ive learned in my 5 or 6 months trading:

1. Bitcoin is KING. Took me a few months of "hodling" OMG while it bled to almost half its ATH to learn this one. Alts should be only traded short term for the purpose of increasing your stack when you hop back in BTC

2. SATS DO MATTER. The only reason you can go up in USD but be down in sats is because Bitcoin went up too. But you would have been better off just holding bitcoin to begin with. Being up in USD is cool but being up even more USD is cooler.

3. HODLING anything but Bitcoin is stupid. So many ****ing bagholders out there in alts thinking they will go back up. THey might take years or never go back up..... have a plan when you get into an alt for when you will cash out and take profit back into BTC.....set stop losses....and sometimes cut your losses if you have to. If you didnt FOMO you should be able to take a small hit while still being up overall. A lot of times you will be much better off if you sell at a loss and get back into something better> For example I learned this lesson by holding bags of FUN and missed the crazy WTC run from $1 when it was being shilled on misc.

4. DONT FOMO. Never chase a pump. Never. If you see a giant green candle stay the hell away from it. There will always be another opportunity, The chances of that pumped coin going down is much higher than up. Its been a rare few coins I have seen so far where you can get in at 30%+ pump and not get burned.

If I knew what I know now my account would most definitely be in the 6 figures instead of the mid 5's

1. Bitcoin is King now, but you can't say for certain that it will remain king forever.
2. You speak as if Bitcoin is GUARANTEED to go up. If that's a fact, then yes, satoshi's matter.
3. That's dumb. You can only make that claim in hindsight. For the first half of 2017, you wouldn't be able to make that claim, since alts massively outperformed BTC.

All of your statements are just looking back and seeing BTC making big moves. Just cause something happened the last 6 months doesn't mean it's going to keep happening in the future. First half of 2017 was completely different from the second half of 2017. 2018 could be wildly different too

Fuking missed the NEM news and pump. Still going in with a tiny stack. If only got the news earlier... WeChat is fuking huge, would have been easiest buy ever.

edit: wait... NEM just made a wechat app, this is not officially backed by wechat themselves?
