Pretty much no modern-day flat earthers were raised to believe the earth was flat. Pretty much all modern-day flat earthers expressed the same disbelief that anyone could even possible believe the earth is flat. If it's so obvious that the earth is a sphere, then try to prove it yourself. How is it possible that there are people smarter than me or anyone in this thread who've been studying it for years and have come to the conclusion that the earth is flat?

I'm actually part of a world wide network of flat earthers but I will now say something that is top secret but no one will see it anyway.
90% of all flat earthers are trolls or doing satire. Additionaly the whole flat earth thing is a critique to believing in religion. Because its the same stupid.

There's a whole range of topics that flat earthers bring up. For example, how do satellites function in the thermosphere where temperatures reach 2,000 degrees celsius, past the melting point of many of their components? Why has no human ever circumnavigated the globe across the South Pole? Why does the horizon rise to eye level no matter how high we go, whereas on a sphere it would drop? How did humans travel 250,000 miles to the moon in the 60s but since then no human has gone more than a few hundred miles away from earth? Based on the distance this boat should be COMPLETELY OBSCURED by the curvature of the earth. Yet a high-powered 83x zoom camera brings it right back into view. There's no curvature.
On a flat plane, as objects move further away they always converge at the center of your field of vision. Maybe this image will make that concept more clear for the visual learners.

Is the exact same if you draw a straight line from Bahrain to NYC on the flat earth model. The straight line passes straight through London.
The globe earth map is basically the flat earth map wrapped around a ball, with the Southern Hemisphere being distorted on the globe earth map. Except now NASA is telling us that the earth isn't round but an oblate spheroid with a fatter equator and a fatter pear-shaped Southern Hemisphere.
