Tampa is nice. The food and craft beer scene is one of the best in the south. Cost of living is still low and the overall market is surging hard. Beaches are cleaner than their east part of the state for the most part.

I have literally never met more polite people anywhere. Same thing for restaurants and stores. Everything is clean. I helped an older lady load up wood planks to her car at Lowe's and she looked at me as if I was Mr. America.

I love Florida, have friends in Clearwater. (North of Tampa) Always wanted to move there. Will one day, if not there Texas. A lot of people who live there though seem to not like some things about it, such as the seasons not changing they say makes seem like day after day nothing changes, but that's everywhere. I still want to move there, but every time I try, something holds me back.

This. I just went to Jacksonville today it was nice. I like Miami but it's too crazy.

However. I went to Savannah GA and it was much better. Beautiful. I think the more up north the better. Depends on what you like though.
