what I want to know is if i made a purchase 1 year ago on cuckbase and then chose to withdraw 100k in gains, can I claim long term still if i traded among multiple currencies in that period? or do I have to be tradeless in BTC for 1 year to get it out at 15%...

I would think that they could pull transaction records from exchanges that are in their country, but if you trade exclusively on foreign exchanges would they ever be able to prove you didn't just hold something for a year?
same here.. there have been talks about having no taxes on trades less than 600 dollars

and then you have the irs asking for records of 20k or more from coinbase

my question is.. if you turn 1 buck into 9k and then 9k into 100k.. would you have to go back and pay for all of the trades leading up to it or just the one trade that took you from 9 to 100k

I never understood why some people have so many coins invested. 3 imo is the most. Though if it works it works.

The hedge fund strategy. Throw it all at a bunch of different things and hopefully the unicorn pays off for all the others that did not work out and then some.

mirin, I'm going to whack 1btc into ETH, been too long and I've never had any. Have no idea what your final cour coins even are, lamo. Or NEO, wtf is that chit.

It's all so funny, isn't it - total bullchit mostly. All joke coins.

I leave my ETH/LTC/BTC alone generally and just trade the rest around recreationally as a hobby more than anything. My portfolio has also grown enough that the money I'm playing with on the smaller coins feels like a lot but putting it into percentage perspective makes me realize me whining over missing out on 25% gains by switching one thing to another isn't that much compared to my overall portfolio.

ICX is an ICO that just came out yesterday and was pumping so I just tried to ride it. Should've just kept my REQ instead of trading into it. Might FOMO into REQ because I feel like that's a project worth at least several dollars and they're releasing a big update soon. XRB is a solid project like iota with a fully working product that has made me 300% profit recently so not bad. BNB is the currency for Binance, you get a discount on fees with trading for it so no reason for me not to have some. BAT has been shilled in this thread and is going up nicely.

NEO is a solid coin that's been around a while, kind of like a Chinese ethereum, been getting sick gains recently too.

This.

These rumors are making XRP run up in price. Good for short term gains as long as you pull out at the correct time. Dont get caught holding XRP bags

Thanks mane, and yeah I remember hearing an employee talking about "blockhain tech" when i walked past him in the hall and then like 3 or 4 months later I found the eth thread in main misc, and then i came back after the DAO to find out what was going on with the price. After that i started getting more and more into it, and i started noticing more blockchain chit around work so i went all in. Was risky as fuk though.

Lmao amazing how such bs photos can spur pumps in huge market cap coins.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.
