So? There can only be 2 possibilities, its either the news is right or false.
Either way, it's pumping BTC prices.

If it turn out to be true, then we get free B2X coins.
If not, we can still sell BTC at this price or hold.

I dont see any other way to deal with this unless we dont have BTC.

If I am reading this correctly and understanding correctly then...
If it is true it could also flood the market with new money, which could go back to BTC or into alts.

Flooding depends on the public's reception of the new coin but basically yes, new money.
The money could either stay with B2X, move to BTC or altcoins or people could cash it out. We dont know how it will play out but there is certainly new money that will come in via the new coin.

I honestly dont know what to feel about a new coin suddenly created and having value created from nothing.
But its free so why not right?

@KoCarl

Might get into deeponion bro.

Been thinking about it for a while.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Kinda. But the people who fork coins aren't from the Bitcoin, itself. It's more of a backdoor for slimy banksters to get their foot in.

Get ready for the waves of geniuses i this thread to call it a conspiracy to raise the price of Btc but not realize it's separate entities doing the forking.

Fcking Walton Coin tanking. In 2018 going to focus on getting in on more ICO's. Small bets for big returns.

Are you really suggesting btc doesnt benefit? Btc isnt touched they just fork off and get a new set in addition

How many times does it need to fork then simultaneously rise for you to admit much of btc's movement is due to the forks. First mover advantage and forks

Brahs that are in ICX just an FYI, CMC has the wrong circulating supply up atm. Circulating is actually 400mm coins so correct cap at current price is around 2.3bil, not 1.6.

I think BTC benefits as much from forks as ETH does from air drops to MEW. There's an advantage but not much.

this thread and all the research that has come of you guys posting has kept me pretty damn busy the last two days. Wish I would have jumped in awhile ago, just haven't had time due to working 60+ hours a week over the last few months.Mad Props to you guys that constantly provide information and help answer questions

Setup coinbase and binance and just bought

$1,100 in Ethereum
$900 in litecoin

Will use atleast half to buy alto, possibly TRX, XRP, and ICX and hold for a few months to see what happens

Don't know why I'm nervous? Guess it's time to pop my cherry and dive in. Maxed out the weekly $300 credit card limit and already have one litecoin, just sucks that it's gonna take 7-8 days before the rest clears through my checking account

I may be wrong to think this way but for me, BTC processes or system doesn't benefit from the fork since it creates a new system that is claimed to be better and faster than BTC. But fork certainly benefit BTC prices for the time being from people who buys BTC to get the free coin.
