Not sure it’s new money pumping ripple, when we’ve seen large entries of new money bitcoins moved. I think this is money already in the markets one way or another. Since fiat to other currencies still flows through bitcoin. But I think new money starts flowing in mass come tax season

Just got added to Cryptopia about 15ish hours ago, BUT the volume there is very low atm because it shows a red -40% over the coin but that is just because of the rolling percentage and that it got dumped from people buying super high when it first got added, look at Coinmarketcap the rolling 24 hours is above 100% so the current numbers on cryptopia can be very deceiving, once it goes back to green on cryptopia and blockfolio you might see another quick run.

Let me post some excerpts I found from bitcointalk and searching the web the past 30 minutes.
Why should you keep an eye on this:
Tiny marketcap - UFR is currently sitting at rank 545 on CMC, with a marketcap of 500,000$. Total supply is 24,000,000$, circulating- 14,400,000$
Token burn took place on Nov 19th and a huge portion of unsold tokens were burned as the team raised 400,000$. 791,000,000 tokens were burned.
Upfiring is an innovative upgrade to modern day P2P file sharing technologies and seeks to revolutionize the industry.
Rather than paying a subscription fee or “purchasing” files, UFR tokens are simply sent to the network as gas to power file transfers, which then initiates the movement of the files amongst nodes. Upon completion of the transfer, the seeder is then credited with the majority of these tokens.

Mcap is currently at 3.5m so it's steadily growing as devs are starting to be more active and more updates seem to have been coming in the past couple weeks.

again just got listed on cryptopia today and dev's say another mid size exchange centralized exchange in the next week or two

again DYOR but I'd look into this one... I'm not invested but am transferring 1.5 ETH currently over to cryptopia to throw in, so within the next 15 minutes or so I'll be in, Might even sell off some Mywish profits to go 3-5 ETH into this. Thoughts guys?

edit - about the payment from a dev answer
The way we have it set up right now, seeders can set the price of the files they seed. This works better than basing it on file size or having a fixed price because:

1) Some files are inherently more valuable than others (a small .txt file vs. a large mp4)

2) The price of UFR will change over time, thus making the “fixed” price too expensive or too cheap. Having it so we could change the price remotely if the price of UFR went up/down would make the app too centralized.

3) You will have an Ethereum wallet within the app that can store UFR. You simply deposit the UFR from an exchange/any other source to increase your balance, or seed a few files and earn it that way.

You guys think ripple is just pumping or is it actually gonna rise in value? Market cap is a good point against it, but the tech is good. My only problem is that XRP vs NEM it seems NEM is the chit

i've heard rumous of it being added to Coinbase so I don't know how much more it will rise in 2018. People are getting called delusional for thinking it will ever reach >$10
