-@'d Jeremih on twitter 5 years ago when he released his "Late Nights with Jeremih" mixtape. He retweeted whatever I said and some random chick liked it.

- Saw that random chick had a big booty in her profile pic so I slid in her dms. She no speaka engrish well, only french. I didn't know a word of French.

- Used google translate to flirt with her passively for like 2 months. She eventually starts sending private videos to my email with absolutely god awful English in the sexiest French accent ever.

- This continues passively for 6months. As I learn more about her she's from small-town France, old school values, and started sending me letters/packages in the mail.

- I started buying books, taking lessons/tutors in French to improve communications with her. I never ended up going to France though because I was young and dumb. 24/25 years old, prime douchebag years, so I was blowing all extra income on hitting clubs and chasing local sloots.

- We eventually just fizzled out and stopped talking for like 2 years, but I had already grasped such a decent amount of the French language I just kept using it.

- Ended up moving to Paris last year by complete chance/opportunity for my work. Was talking to a different French girl but then oneitis added me on social media out of nowhere so we've been keeping passive "once every other month WhatsApp communication" since then.

- She saw I was in her town a few days ago and sent me a message tonight asking me if I was still there because she would like to get dinner. I'm totally NOT in her town anymore but rather Paris, but I told her "yeah I'm still here". She said "great lets meet tomorrow for dinner". So I just bought a train ticket and a hotel room for tomorrow to go see her for the first time ever.

- I would be immensely terrified of being catfished but as I said, she has already sent me personal videos and stuff. Fuk, we've even sent eachother christmas packages the first 2 years we were talking. Not gonna lie, I'm so nervous I'm acutually a bit nauseous.



Cliffs:
- Flirted with random foreign girl on twitter 5 years ago
- Random flirting snowballed after 6 months to the point of learning an entire language for her
- Never actually met the girl in person, just video chats and long email convos
- Mutual interest fizzled out after 2~ years.
- Randomly reconnected a year ago, she found out I was near her city recently and wants to grab dinner to meet for the first time ever.
