This, everyone in this thread who is getting so excited about this alt coin run, if you haven't been here long this happend in June as well. Even though i feel alts can run a while longer, some people think January it will end others up to April. Dont be afraid to take some profits back to BTC, because this alt run wont last forever, and when btc makes a run again you want to be on that train too.

Risk management is important.

Dont let the FUD against btc get to you. Lots are doing it in this thread too and are mostly uninformed. The big traders are still slowly stacking btc. And wallstreet are in on it now too, they make the most when bitcoin makes big moves.

Next cycle you also want to maximise gains on btcs run.

Somewhat agree with you finally, people should be slowly taking profits back to the safe coins, but i still dont consider ripple of BCH one of them (YET). If ripple doesn't crash back down like it did in June then yes maybe that can be considered a safe coin also.

Dont get too attached to any of your alt coins.

Fck ripple. It’s just a way for banks to collect btc cheaply and swap you a shtty ripple for it. Ripple will eventually just be tied to usd value.

This is not accurate in the slightest you should do more research. BTC and alts run in cycles if you can learn this you will make the most money.

Look at lightcoins graph from 2013 for long term evidence of this (graphed against btc)

But for the next 1-2 months people should listen to what the reall noob buyers are buying or think are good and follow them, this thread should give you plenty of indications.

There was a glitch on bitgrail where people were buying for like 10k sats somehow by setting super low sell orders. Doubled my position in it, feels good. Don't see why it wouldn't go back up, especially with it going on non-garbage exchanges soon. And the last price is 92k sats on bitgrail which is higher than its been all night m8

DBC getting pretty cucked though. Got a position in that because I almost fell for some airdrop scam that was just a way to get to your NEO wallet. Then it went down 25% lul. Oh well, I'll just hodl it and probably convert it into KCS then eventually maybe XRB when that goes onto Kucoin

while I agree BTC should go up...but the high fees are legit sounding every alarm in the book. We might actually witness the network freeze in 2018 and we will see everyone pour into BCH (because they hold coins from BTC and XRP will get an inflow)


if you have BCH coin from the fork for the love of gawd don't sell in case BTC freezes up you will need to move money

BTC being slaughtered. It’s crazy how all of this started off from a fake screenshot posted on Reddit. 2018, not even once.

More generally most of this particular thread has been: “Buy this coin brahs, dev is announcing new protocol/partnership etc. in 3 days” <- An announcement for an announcement, don’t these posts look a bit weird to people? Even like three threads ago this wasn’t that common..
