ICX hasn't been getting dumped overnight....often the crazy pumps have been coming around 11pm-1am est

Also it isn't even on Korean exchanges yet. Their new regulations chit caused the Korean exchanges to collectively decide to stop accepting new coins until it's sorted out. The founder of ICON owns coinone so it'll be on there as soon as it's clear to.

No, I think most don't know this or of the coin yet. CMC has the wrong supply listed and doesn't even have a ranking yet. Prepping garage for lambo.

I'm sure ppl are making lots of money day trading, especially in this bull market. But in general, no one posts losses so people's gains are exaggerated.

But yeah the bookkeeping admin burden is way too high so I think there will be improvements either with exchanges calculating it for you like Coinbase already does, or maybe with some simplification to tax laws.
How do you think they will do this? A lot of us here are registered in exchanges like HitBTC, Bittrex, etc and they dont even ask for personal information to signup.
How will the IRS know I have 1000BTC in Bittrex and 500BTC in HitBTC and 1M ETH in Binance?
The only record I have is buying 10 ETH from Coinbase and moving them to Bittrex in April last year.

How will they trace who the owner of the Bittrex address is?

It's advantageous to us that most alt exchanges worth their salt are in foreign countries, It would be pretty difficult for the IRS to get their hands on what you've traded on Binance/cryptopia. Once we have DEX's they are simply going to have to live with capital gains flat taxing IMHO.. without a central clearing house for tracking this stuff, they can't prove that x entry didn't equal y exit on one trade.

I am not opposed to pay my fair share when i return to USD. I made money, but if i can avoid the burden of having to hire an accountant to calculate my liability I will go that route.

Also hoping that this allows me to take advantage of long term cap gains, if they see money leave my account 1 year past, and return > 1 year later, with no proof of trades in between - i would think this is possible.

I've been looking at it. It's going sideways really steady on Binance. Tempted to go balls deep.

CND is a cool project with a working app. They've already made me some gains. I'm not sure if they're under the radar? Or their biggest moon has already happened? But it seems like it should be way more than it is, considering they have a working and useful app already.
