With arm/wrist cysts the guy that did my surgeries was a boss, he said the arm/wrists ones are the hardest as it'll burrow way down your arm and becomes very crazy to remove as it'll wrap around muscle, joints etc. good luck hai

then 3 weeks ago, i finally got away for a week. i havent been myself. lot of depression, been reclusive. wanted to go fishing down in tampa, where i was born and raised. see some family. i was there 2 days before a driver with no license, insurance, not even his car, pulled out in front of me through a red light. i t-boned him doing 55 mph. car totaled, traumatic contusions to my chest, abdomen, hip, and knee. i was lucky. the guy driving and the two kids he had with him were fine until he had a seizure in the middle of the intersection. as cars drove around him yelling and honking, i lifted him up and drug him across the busy intersection to the road, along with the kids. called 911. spent the next few days on bedrest, came down with the flu, then just got a last minute flight out of town back home. still awaiting my insurance to handle everything until i get a new vehicle.


other than that ! lol, im ok. right now im trying to gather new winter clothing for the homeless, along with my company, to help them stay warm. been bitter cold in ohio. i dont want to see people freezing to death. ive gathered quite a bit so far. myself, along with some co-workers are going to set a day beginning of february to go travel around the city, looking for people that are in the elements. we work with a shelter for homeless and battered women, so whatever we have left over, we are going to pay a visit to hand out everything. so im staying busy, trying to do good in my community, control my anxiety and depression ive slowly created in myself the past year, and be happy when i can. see how things go the rest of the year.

also back to buying, collecting, and shooting guns again. something i did with my dad for years until he passed. really loving my ruger sr1911. i can group shots together with that anywhere at many different distances.

thanks guys. i appreciate it. i will admit, ive gotten away from the gym. it's something i need to get back on track with, badly. always the best remedy for stress and such.
