ok so I know tether technically does this a lot printing tokens as needed for volatility to keep price at 1.00 usd. can someone explain to me like i'm 5 why it creates $ in crypto?

I know its akin to the us printing money in our economy, but i'm struggling since the money to buy the tether has to come from bitcoin, not thin air.

Bad trade. Thought it would go to 120s based on resistance but it bounced back up. Stupid of me to sell off everything at that low price to try and get 1-2%. I bought into VEN at that time when someone had up a big buy order for 38 so I've made like 9% there, but XRB is back up like 11%.
