Did well with this yesterday but going to hodl onto these neo until I see another clear wave of panic. Hopefully catch another quick pump before then.

Go harder on APPC as close to the bottom as you can would be my call. The things that will come out of this will be good projects and I believe APPC is one of them, also the timing APPC had with release, CMC issues, Korea crash, this crash, I think the value to growth potential ratio is about as good as you could get. Look at the news they just released today, if that was on a good market day it would be pumping, also many crypto figures are now talking APPC. The drop for guys who got in at ATH is really discouraging but I'd add to my position at a discount before selling at a loss at this point, just my two satoshis.

This is not financial advice lol. I'm probably not buying anything until after the 23rd. If this stops crashing tomorrow then it's obvious it was manipulation for futures.

Heres whats happening

https://www.ethnews.com/market-manip...itcoin-futures

The CBOE using Gemini as their only reference for prices is a complete disaster as the exchange does such a small amount of volume (It's around 1% of all BTC traded). It actually looks like this was done intentionally to crash the market.

BTC going to be testing support at 9k very soon it seems

As for theory of the futures contracts, if it's true, major damage has already been done to investor confidence (the normies at least) so you can't be certain on some magical rebound. It's more likely people will capitulate and cash out causing a snowball effect

Do we foresee any length of time for this? During the forks last year this would last anywhere from a week to 2weeks out from fork date.

what I am getting at is selling @ a loss is usually not worth it for tax purposes.

'You can write off up to $3,000 worth of long-term losses each year, but you must figure your short-term losses first. For example, if you had $1,500 in short-term losses and an additional $2,000 in long-term losses, you could only write off $1,500 of the long-term losses that year, because you reached the $3,000 limit.'

3 fakkkin k? lol then factor in accountant fees= 2-4k = better off just sitting and doing nothing

edit: why would you sell @ a loss well your prospects elsewhere are brighter... If you want to remain in the crypto space it would make little sense to go through all that effort to sell for a 3k write off

I think so, the next run will be to that 100k people talk about. But this bleed will be depressing, it's meant to remove all retail from investing. Only the strongest stomachs will survive this.

Futures contracts settle monthly. They manipulation between gemini and the cboe contract could kill the market as a whole if that's actually what's causing all of this.
