I shouldn't be ranting about being hungry considering you just did 6 weeks of psmf.

But right now I'm surviving by focusing on planning my awesome refeed day (this Friday). Trying something different this time. Last cut I was doing a slow but steady 1300-1500 kcal a day (maintenance is around 1700). This cut I'm staying between 1000-1100, with one day a week of 1600-1700 kcal.

Never tried low fat or nonfat cheese, but I'm going to get some Daves bread and low fat sharp cheddar and pepper jack to make a grilled cheese for my refeed. HMMMMM.

How did you stay sane doing psmf? Did you cheat/break the diet at all?

Seeing the same god damn threads on the front page and having to wait hours for them to hit page 2 after refreshing 500 times and continuing to click on the first threads you thought were interesting only to read the same posts made by the same miscers until your eyeballs are going red because you are scared to go back to the front page because you know that if you do you'll see a miscer you fuking despise post another chit thread and you're unable to do anything because you're on spread after you negged them in their last chit thread which was made an hour ago but still on the god damn front page because it takes a minimum of two hours for a thread to get to page 2 and god forbid another ******* you hate bumps the original thread back to page 1 and the cycle repeats itself when you just want to read some quality content and get a chuckle before heading to bed to fap.

1100 cals would feel like heaven! But yeah second cycle since monday, my sanity is being tested by the meals cooked for my toddler lol sugar free jelly, greek yogurt, diet coke and yes sometimes I went over calories but not by much (960 cals a day, to 1200 on a bad day) I'm guilty of eating a macademia cookie at my mother in laws house last night. Low carb tortillas are life.

1200 is not a bad day. I admire your determination seriously. Gonna look into low carb tortillas. I don't even like bread or carbs, but for some reason, once I know I'm cutting, I want ALL the carbs.

2200-2400...I’m at around 25% bf at the moment cos the man has been feeding me up for the boob gainz (not his fault, my lack of willpower) ...I prefer around 23% cos I like my torso like my avi ..need to drop about 8lbs or so to get back there
