This is pretty tough.

18 year old girl and TV/cable are pretty mandatory for me. Need something to do, and 10 years without sex? No thnx jeff.

Leaves me 5 points.....probably the workout room.

Do I have access to poverty food as a standard thing?

Love this game, my srs answer (in rough order of importance):

-kitchen 6 (easy choice over pro chef, would be good time consumer cooking for myself. Eventually you would get good anyway)
-gym/bball 5 (would have paid 10+ points for this)
-tv 7 (Need a way to watch movies/ tv shows, plus this would be the only way to watch the news and sports etc)
-movies/shows 4
-phone 3 (way to contact friends/family/human contact)
-puppy 6 (normally a cat person, but would need the attention dog gives in this situation, plus can play with it on bball court etc)
-library 4 (could learn so much and spend so much time with this)

= 35

Other thoughts:

-I decided that knowledge of 5 mil at the end was worth more than anything left for 5 points. Could spend so much time thinking about what you could do with that money once you are done.
-Don't smoke, drink or do drugs so easy not to choose that.
-18 year-old would be nice more for the company (don't need sex that bad), but the cost is way too high - dog is adequate replacement companionship. Tv will have porn.
-Internet costs way too much, plus would need to buy the pc to actually use it. Plus can't even stream/dl. Basically you'd be paying 22 points to misc.
-Only really like online video games, so easy choice not to get pc and the games.

If this was an optional decision to get the $10M I wouldn't take it. 10 years would be way too long in that type of solitude for only $10M.

If I somehow had no choice though...

-Hot 18yo: You'd need human interaction or you'd legit go crazy. Nonstop sex would also be huge bonus.
-TV with cable: Was a toss up between this or a library even though I'm not a big reader, but not sure I could do with the complete silence with only a library. Cable also has music channels, so it's kind of a two for one deal.
-Workout room: Obvious choice for probably most on here. You'd badly need exercise otherwise being confined to a basement or you'd waste away. Could get in awesome shape and also give you something to do with the girl to kill more time.
