not sure how selling to get back in cheaper translates to trying to time the top and bottom.....Aren't you always asking for TA help? why bother then

I think 8ish is afair and short term possibility to sharebarring some support lines are broken. If it can muscle and dig past support around 9500 and 9200 on the 4hr then it can certainly see 8-8.5ish.


From there you'd look for a bounce of the wedge and new uptrend support line closed - this could definitely signal its time to go bullish barring the FA holds up (not too much more FUD, people calming down about tether/korea BS, and also whales/TA brahs self fulfilling the buy order prophecy)


If we break there it would have an absolute helluva time going below 6k and I think we'd have to see the worst possible FUD yet - I personally doubt a 2 billion dollar cap tether going against a 171 billion dollar bitcoin causing a dent does enough to send the market that low. Once again this ties in FA with TA - but the import thing is the ongoing process of monitoring.


It's like those people forgot what a reversal was. You should always be monitoring. Always staying open to possibilities. Never predicting. That's good FA and good TA.

Just read the last 5 pages of this thread. A lot of you are being puss*** right now. Holy hell. Who the hell cares about Tether and its 2 month old news. You do realize one of South Korea's largest banks is about to have a Bitcoin wallet and allow people to buy/sell/transact with it? Samsung is producing ASIC mining equipment? Bitcoin is going to introduce Lightning Network, it's getting easier and easier for the general public to buy Bitcoin?

Tether and Bitfinex FUD is probably some of the weakest FUD that's been FUDded around lately. You have news of China banning Bitcoin, you have news of South Korea banning Bitcoin, and stupid ass Tether is why some of you think $3k Bitcoin?

This is not reaching $3k Bitcoin. It's not reaching $7k. If you bought last month and sell right now, you deserve to take a big ass L.

Down ~$5,500 todayI don't want to disclose exactly how much I'm into the crypto world but I promise the day I sell and decide I'm out of the game I'll post my honest to God start and finish numbers. Still holding onto LTC and ETH. With some stragglers mixed in there. It's amazing there is so much panic over tether. Hell china and korea said they were going to ban crypto and people weren't panicking like this ha. I'll check the numbers again next week to see whats up. Stop staring at charts. In a couple weeks this will be but a small blip on the charts.
I woke up this morning still breathing. Might as well take advantage of it.

I think it's the accumulation of all that FUD that is giving the tether stuff some weight this time, the market's kinda worn out.

There's so many buyers of 7K BTC, it would have to be some catastrophic sh*t to get btc below 5K imo.

Aware me on why tf everyone ITT is panicking? Isn't it good that the price is going down since you can buy cheap btc/altcoins now? Btc has been through huge dips before and it always comes back stronger than ever, I don't see what's there to panic about?
