Most people use Blockfolio/Delta apps to keep track.


I'm using Blockfolio but I think Delta might be better from what other miscers have said.

Tunabolt, just google search for '<coin> ledger nano s' and you'll see if it's supported. All ERC-20 tokens are, and most other popular ones.
