You can hide your age and location with Tinder Plus, but it's pointless if you're swiping local to you. It honestly looks a bit weird hiding your age, I'm 34 and don't hide it.

As for hiding your location, there is only a point in that if you're changing your location and swiping in a different city / country otherwise they'd see that you're thousands of kms away from them etc

Also don't bother buy any superlikes, you get 5 free every 24 hours with Tinder Plus. Also if you're getting a free weekly boost every week with your Tinder Plus membership, that might be enough matches to work with if you boost say every Tuesday 8 pm. If you only get 1 free boost every month with your membership I would advise buying a couple of boosts every week and boosting every Mon / Tue 8 pm that should give you loads of matches cuz you're ripped.

Lucky you. And considering I got a match after my boost that was credited to boost, im guessing boost sends you to the front of the line for 30 mins, and then just sends you behind people who boost once yours is up. So in theory, you could boost and still be in the top 2-3 for a considerable time.

Also for your information, matches with a purple lightning bolt are matches due to you having used a boost, matches with a blue star are due to you having used a superlike, and matches without any of those two symbols are matches that you got from just normal right swiping a profile.

Got that part on the lightning bolts and such, just wonder what happens if they already liked you because of a boost, but you also super like.

Small tip: If you're going to super like someone, regular like them first to see if they are an instant match. If not, then hit the rewind button and use your super like.

Helps both by avoiding wasting super likes on instant matches, and image-wise, I feel it's better not to super like a girl after she has already liked you if possible.
