strong this. Misc has changed. No one can spot a good troll anymore. I wasn't gonna ruin it but this thread has gone on way too long. Sort of funny tbh.

most likely this. I can "kinda" understand being a vegetarian for health reasons, but the idea of being a vegan is just silly. Its the ultimate 1st world meme. You won't see someone in Cambodia or the slums of Brazil preaching to people about being a vegan.

I went vegan for 4 weeks. I consumed well over 100g protein each day and got noticeably weaker and lethargic as the experiment continued. Also have fun blasting chocolate milk out your brown star 6 times a day.

the difference is that natives hunted meat and in today's world we factory farm them. factory farming is one of the most fuked up things on the planet

a lot of east indians (from india) are strictly vegan. but the indians that do eat meat, only eat jhatka or halal meat which they try to harm the animal as little as possible. factory farming they do whatever the fuk they want to the animals.

and there are rules in the bible stating what meat is ok to eat. ex. you can only eat fish that lives in the sea or rivers, in today's world most fish we eat are factory farmed from tanks.
There is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

You do realize there are many plants and trees that have chemoreceptors that allow them to sense danger. When threatened they can release chemicals throughout their leaves to make them taste bad. Some plants have even adopted defense mechanisms that make them inedible and dangerous to mammals (poison Oak/Ivy/Sumac).

Plants and trees respond to outside stimuli and try to protect themselves just like animals. Why are you such a monster op, that you'd eat a defensless living thing like a plant?

It's the pretentious nature of vegans like OP that dissuade a lot of people from even considering it.

I tried veganism for a while when dating some vegan chick. Honestly I felt pretty damn good after a month of my system getting used to it. Most of the benefits were due to eliminating processed foods though. 2 months into it and didn't miss meat or processed food crap like ice cream, chips, etc at all. I would have kept up with it if it weren't such a hassle and if my new girl were vegan.

Honestly, I understand the ethical appeal of veganism...but if I went vegan I would be as quiet as possible about it, to avoid being associated with absolute beta low t wetwipes like OP.

Basically this. The problem with being vegan in the first world, is that its virtually unsustainable especially if you live in the heart of a major city and have no room for a garden. For vegans its not so much that you don't eat meat, its the fact thateverythinghas to be organic.

BRB spending $9.99 for a lb of organic quinoa at whole foods
BRB $5.99 for 1 bushel of spinach that turns rotten in 12 hours.
BRB spend allday driving around town looking for a vegan friendly loaf of bread, only to find one but it has the texture and taste of styrofoam packing peanuts.

Honestly I understand the destruction that food consumption causes in general, including vegan. I'm especially against organisations such as PETA with the chit they get up to aswell. But it's a personal thing for me, I actually can't consume meat or dairy, the thought of it makes me wanna throw up, (meat being the body, and dairy being something that comes from another animals body)

I don't care if anyone else does it (and i get hate from some vegans too for not "spreading the message" but I just wanna eat my fruit in peace(i'm 90% fruitarian)

I mostly eat fruit as I believe that fruit falls off of trees to offer itself to be eaten, as opposed to plants (veggies) being ripped out by their roots.

I love the taste and the texture, colours, variety. I know I'm a hypocrite for this, because I love animals and spoil those around me, so I feel that preferential love is a mistake, I find both cows and cats lovely, but I wouldn't eat my cat.Probably wouldn't eat a cow that I get attached to, so it's just unluck for the cow. I tried to eat without meat, but I was cranky, weak and always hungry.

However, I wish that slaughterhouses would be actually obliged to respect some rules and the process of delivering meat to be less cruel. Watched some videos regarding this topic and had nightmares + cried a lot, can't find a solution so what you don't know doesn't hurt you

I'm glad you brought that up. Combines that harvest large quantities of wheat and produce butcher the phuck out of all sorts of field and ground dwelling animals. Hell you probably eat little bits of mice and snake with every loaf of bread.

Probably the funniest part about the "organic" label on produce in grocery stores is that most of them aren't even organic. They just slap that label on it so they can charge you more for the same product.

See, there is no regulation or standards for what is "organic" and what isn't, so companies can label whatever they want as organic, even if it isn't.

Honestly I'll probably go vegan/vegetarian sometime in the future just for the health benefits, I don't really care about animal cruelty tbh but it's an added benefit of going vegan. As of right now I'm too lazy to try and change my diet.

Confirmed troll. I've never read a miscer use the phrase "toxic masculinity" unless ironically, because only hardcore feminists consider such a thing to exist.

Trolling to such an extent as you is pretty sad. So much obnoxious and self-righteous drivel written just to rustle people. It's kind of a giveaway, but the above is an instant one.
