I support low scale, local, organic farming. I grow all my food in my land in a space no larger than a basketball field.
I don't kill animals to grow my food
I don't use pesticides
I don't buy those death infested pods (monsanto seeds)
Haven't eaten wheat in years too

TBH I feel a lot better going mostly vegan. Recovery and energy to work out is up, focus and mental stamina are also through the roof. I do a powdered meal replacement with pea protein for 2-3 meals a day. It also has added vitamins and minerals so its not as hard as going food based vegan. I'll pretty much only have the meal replacements and supplement with some red/orange peppers with salt or crackers to get that savory flavor I crave. I'm at a point where I'd rather not eat foods I used to eat all the time because it fuks up my stomach.
A good ribeye is hnnng though. Since my daily diet is mostly vegan I go ham on the meats when I do eat them. No more dry lean chicken, juicy rare steaks for me.

Chickens have been selectively bred to produce eggs at a rate that's no longer natural for them. They now are having complications because of it, some are extremely painful and deadly.
Also, please keep in mind that to keep this industry going they have to replenish the hens every 2-3 years. They can only lay eggs for about that long, but they live much longer natural.
Hens that no longer lay eggs are killed. While breeding more hens, male chickens are discarded, by either being ground up alive or gassed.
It is a very cruel process.

Men in tune with their Primitive side seem to be extroverted go getters , smash bishes like machines, high test alphas
Meanwhile you are a feminine all for some animals who would do the same to you if they had a higher intellect, and don't give a **** about you.
Maybe it's because you think it's for the greater good or some****, i think you need to get in touch with a realistic and maybe a more nihilistic view of the world, it's all meaningless brah, nothing you do or anyone does will have any great significance, we are ****ing ants, don't tell me you don't enjoy a nice steak. pHucking eat it
The only reason i would ever go vegan is maybe for some health benefits that are undeniable, but it's the same for me as not eating fast food for health benefits? We live once, you can have balance and eat things in moderation, or cut things for health benefits and live like **** and not enjoy what you eat for what little time you have here. But hey, if you love vegan foods and hate meats etc then its a WIN WIN for you but 90% of people dont.

Small scale organic farming isn't sustainable for the population of the world.
Companies like Aerofarms are on the right path. Vertical farming, misting the roots and using LEDs to provide just the wavelengths needed to grow the crop. They use less water than traditional farming and submersion hydroponics, and with the tunable LEDs they use less grid power.

-My grandparents raise chickens and cows so i'm not eating factory raised animals. Am I still harming the environment?
-Flowers and plants are pretty and can even look majestic, yet you still eat them.
-My parents had a neighbor that didn't give a phuck about anything. he ate meat and potatoes slabs of bacon and burgers every damn day drank whiskey every day and smoked like a chimney. He died at the age of 92. He lived alone and wasn't discovered for about a week when his kids went to visit after he stopped returning their calls. They found him on the floor of the kitchen with a bruise on his forehead and a bit of blood on the kitchen counter. They had an autopsy performed and it turned out he died by slipping in the kitchen and hitting his head on the kitchen counter which caused his brain to hemorrhage as for the toxicology. His liver was bad due to drinking alcohol, but he actually had "low" cholesterol levels and had the heart of a 50 year old.

I'm always baffled why people would think any benefits gained from switching to a vegan diet are from not eating meat rather than increasing consumption of vegetables. The optimal diet for health is paleo, i.e. no processed food, no grains, no dairy.
