holy ****, you are retarded.

I've always been amazed at how progressives think and believe that if we ban guns, that gun violence will just magically stop. It's like they're so sheltered and naive that they honestly think that there wouldn't be a booming black market for firearms and that no criminal would ever find a way to get a gun while law abiding citizens would be at the complete mercy of these criminals.

I just am completely dumbfounded at how they believe that this perfect utopia would just magically begin and that everyone would decide on that very day to follow the law.
Don't turn my sentences in another direction, dumbazz. Making guns illegal would make the procurement hundred times harder and thousand times more expensive, the availability status would completely change. It wouldn't make everything perfect, but there wouldn't be school shootings annually. Your first problem is the lack of education/ common sense and logic, then the guns.I know that you're retarded and only live in your bubble, but surprise, other countries really scored differently in the crimes department. Ever wondered why ? Or are you retarded enough to do the same thing over and over again expecting another result ?

Because before today he was a normal kid exercising his rights. There's nothing you can do to stop people who can pass any and all checks and balances, unless you are willing to restrict access to everyone which a lot of americans dont agree with

You can buy them 2nd hand from a man who's been through the process. You can buy them from underground markets. You can steal one.

Oh really? Because japan had6gun related homicides in their entire country in 2014. In this shooting alone, 17 people died, which is 11 more than an entire years worth of gun deaths in japan.

So yes, you kinda are stupid to not believe that gun crime would drastically reduce if we got rid of them

Try weekly, there have been 18 shootings in 2018, only like 7 weeks.

It comes down to this, you either want freedom or security. Some people dont want gun access restricted on account of a relatively small number of bad apples.

Others would rather see less people die.

That might be true for some things, but firearms is not one of them. When people get enraged to a certain point and their intentions become malicious they will use whatever means possible to inflict harm. Meaning if they have a weapon the incidence of death suddenly becomes a lot higher.

It's not my place to say you should or shouldn't carry a gun, that is a decision the individual has to make, it's just tragedies like this are a real shame. Like they say though "live by the sword, die by the sword". So if you're comfortable with gun ownership that's fine, just don't start whinging when there are shootings like this. Who knows, one day it might happen to someone you know / love.

Japan is a homogeneous nation where people grow up in a different environment under a different set of principles. I grew up there, and now live here. You can't compare the two. The people, their attitudes, etc. are completely different.

Japan is an extremely wealthy, homogeneous society with the highest average IQ in the world. This is the reason for their measly 6 gun related homicides in all of 2014.

I didn't turn your sentences in any direction, that's just what you believe and you stated what I said you believed in your post above. Criminals will continue to be criminals, with guns legal or not. Don't be so ****ing naive to believe otherwise. Sure, you may make it harder, but you won't stop it by banning the sale and possession of firearms. You will cripple law abiding citizens and leave firearms in the hands of people that acquired them illegally.

The problem is the mental health. Here, I'll explain this to your real slowly so maybe you can understand it.

In a perfect world, where you didn't want people to kill each other ever, which solution would accomplish your goal.

A. Removing firearms
B. Removing the desire to kill

I don't know, maybe it's because I'm not a ****ing moron, but I would think that if you remove firearms from the equation, people will just find other ways to kill each other. It's a mental health issue, some people want to kill, with or without guns. They will continue to do it until we, as a society, fix the problem that is causing them to want to kill.

If you honestly believe that banning the sale and possession of firearms will stop even a tiny portion of gun violence, you're retarded. You will remove guns from people who follow the laws and rules and you will leave firearms in the possession of people who mean to do physical harm with them.

Don't be dumb.

You're really gonna compare drugs to guns? Yeah, because the chit you'd smoke out of a pipe is definitely just as easy to produce/obtain as complex killing machinery

Then take a look at Australia if you want a society that is more comparable to America. No guns, and almost no gun deaths there per year.

thats a factor for sure, but since we cant change those things it might make sense to address what we can control, like who has access to what in the USA.

The problem is not the guns. The problem is the USA mentality.

Guns are legal in many other countries and you don't hear about it in the most of them.

Mental illness / social isolation happens everywhere. And if this was due to social isolation, really what can be done really? Imo aside from removing guns completely (basically impossible), you can't force people to hang out with one another and better someone else's life so they don't do this.

Explain with valid arguments why so many countries score much lower in the crimes department compared to US,not bullchit. Your cousin went to prison and now has a gun, but it's normal for you to be surrounded by people like him while you preach your pro gun speech. Cool.
