You don't have to be jacked. Just being tall and somewhat muscular helps. Just look at Channing Tatum and Paul Walker. Neither were jacked but look like Chad.

Women like a bunch of different things. The closer you look to chad the better.

Social skills are the most important by far though.

Keep in mind the majority of dudes working at the gas station don't really care about how they look. Lets assume they lifted and took care of themselves like a doctor would. I'm almost positive a jacked good looking dude would still get laid.. but then again a jacked good looking dude would not be working at a gas station.. just how society seems to work

Being jacked is "nice" for a one-night stand but doesnt matter to most in an actual relationship. If you are fit and look good in clothes you are just fine. It also helps if you can carry them up a flight of stairs

I'm skinnier than most people in general and still have no issues. Girls value your way of carrying yourself and how you interact with them far more than they care about your muscle mass. If it comes down to it, if all else equal only difference being the muscle mass and game, the guy with better game will win every single time. I don't even lift lol
