Hodgkin's lymphoma is one of the best treatable cancers out there with the best outlook. A lot of people get cured of it if it has not spread anywhere else.

Scans show almost all tumors gone.
Only mass left is a small tumor near sternum, but less than 1cm in size.
Dr wants to continue the treatment, and in 12 weeks if the one spot is persistent. Then we will continue with localized radiation.
