I need to start posting again. I've been in a emotional rut lately due to like kicking my ass, but I'm feeling better. In about 2-3 weeks time there will be LOTS of updates. My 16 week block is starting for my cut.

Empty stomach crew - I usually ride a fan bike for 10m or so to loosen up, and drink my coffee while I'm doing that.

After the workout I typically have a shake, or if I'm off that day I'll make a bigger breakfast. I don't typically get hungry till later in the day.

Been a good week of training. Life is finally starting to settle down and stop kicking my ass. Going to be a busy weekend. I'm pushing for a new opportunity at work, so I'm really hoping it comes through. If it doesn't it basically confirms my beliefs that this company does not give a chit about retaining/advancing their own talent. I'll be looking elsewhere fast.

You not a coffee drinker breh? I have a cup while I'm riding the fan bike for my warmup/wakeup. I have a tub of C4 but haven't had any in months. Maybe I would get better lifts if I did.

Off today, and turned off my alarm. Managed to "sleep in" today till 6:15. What a lazy sack.

Do you guys do early AM workouts on the weekends as well, or are weekends for rest?
I rotate between MyProtein V2 Preworkout and Recon1 Total War. Sometimes Scivation Quake 10.0 as well. I want to try something new however. For Cardio I do about 20 min HIT on the elliptical. It worked great on my last cut, so not fixing what isn't broken.

I used to lift at 6AM on Saturday, but I switched to Sunday since arrangements with my daughter changed. About 930AM on Sunday now.

Ran out of all my preworkout and tried Granite Supplements "Arc Reacter". I recommend. Great kick @ only 250mg caffeine and very food pump/endurance.

Happy Monday crew.

Cut started last week. My sciatica is killinngggg. Fiance is a PTA so she's been stretching me out at night, its made a difference for sure. Strength is feeling like chit, but that should change in 10-14 days. Thinking about a new routine of some kind to incorporate more GPP stuff like heavy carries, sled pushes, ect plus squatting twice a week.

Gonna move from 5:30 to 5 am rising again this week.

Day off yesterday did and 1 1/2 workout including a looong cardio session, then 2 hours of yard work. Thrashed myself, das it men/women.

Did some meal prep this afternoon so morning lunch prep is faster all week, das it. Been doing veggie hummus wraps so sliced up tons of carrots peppers cucumber etc. Spread some hummus on the wrap and it's 10/10. Busy as chit at work so a light lunch is key right now, cant be fading in the afternoon.

Here is my day:
4AM - wake up
5AM-615 - train
630 - post workout shake/multigrain waffles
9AM - meal 1
noon - meal 2
3pm - meal 3
530pm - snack
830pm - meal 4, my highest carb meal of the day.

I enjoy IF a lot, but I don't want to do it lifting in the AM. I don't want a 630AM -12PM feeding window. That's lame since I'm at work, and on the flip side mentally I don't like lifting and not eating until say 1-2PM. Bioscience or not, I believe post workout nutrition is important.

True. Lots of wackados here. You did recommend, hence me asking. I didn't know how far you were from the city. Some one else recommended another gym......Fusion maybe? I can't remember but it looks like an LA Fitness on steroids. From the site it looked like it had tons of equipment and free weights. Equipment had all lime green pads.

Up at 5, dogs around the block, coffee on the fan bike

10m bike warm up
Deads 315x5 working set raw
Chins
Rows
Curls

Grip is coming back on the deadlift, got 315 with double over grip.

Drinking shake and making lunches, it's not even 7am. Man I love waking up early - today is going to be an asskicker at work but I already stole the W.

It's a great feeling. Must admit when the alarm goes off I'm not excited........ I am looking forward to getting back to my old gym. I am rushing around too much lately because Crunch opens at 5. Tough getting all my lifts/cardio in and out by 6:15AM. Will be aiming to be lifting at 445 when I move and go back to my old school gym.

Keep pushin!

Squats and 30 on the bike today, feeling good is a bit shaky now.

There isalmostno better feeling than getting situated and settled in for the day before the rest of the 'hood is even awake yet.

Happy Monday, and have an awesome week

Happy Monday to you Red.

Had a very solid workout today. Looking better in the mirror daily. Had a slight derail yesterday diet wise. Ate chipotle and dominoes in the same day. I was busy installing new countertops + sink at my house and had no means to cook anything. Plus I only got to eat twice.

Pics of new countertops and I can only assume Fixer Upper worthy Farmhouse sink?

Chipotle and dominos in one day, I love it. I'm sure today will be better.
