Happy Friday Thread...Sick and Miserable

Sup Misc...I've been sick with the flu all week. I'm feeling better, but last night I slept like dog chit. Neck killing me like Sensuality had sex with flapjacko on my head. Sitting here in the spare/office trying to catch up on the work I've missed. It's my Wife's bday this weekend, but she's sick as well so we aren't doing chit. Recovery is the name of the game. Whatever you guys are doing, have a good one, be safe and really kick a couple back for me...I need it. lol

Didn't you catch the flu a few weeks back too? I feel kinda like chit this AM too. Last night we went out for cheat night dinner and I had a huge burger which had two grilled cheese sandwiches on sour dough for buns. fukkkin hnngggggg

I had a 24 hour thing, which I think was the precussor to this. Dude...I haven't eaten solid food in 4 days, and that sounds amazing. I've been craving Stir Fry for 2 days, but haven't developed the hunger to eat it.

Yea I got a minor cold and nothing more this year. One of my boys I play basketball told me he had a friend get put into a medically induced coma for the flu. Chits not joke.

Are you srs? Did he come out of it? On Wednesday I thought I was going to have to go to the Emergency room because I couldn't draw a breath, and my heart rate skyrocketed. I was thinking "Welp, this is it"...Fortunately I pulled myself together, went into the bathroom and turned the water on as warm as it could get and just sat in the steam until I could breathe. I took some dayquil and drank some tea and finally got some rest(slept 1 hr the night before srs).

That sounds bad, ever try one of those Vic air dispenser things? Those are my go to when I get really sick. As for the dude in a coma, I have no clue yet. Haven't seen my friend in 2 days, but hopefully the kid makes it

Yo Beebeedee. Shame about the sickness. I feel great, my right foot's blisters from last Sunday are about 70% healed. I'm meeting friends this Sunday, today I'm just chilling at home and I'll do some work at the office tomorrow.

Unfortunately my flat share is also off today, so I'm having to deal with him making noises and occupying space.
Into- Mountaineering, running & Djent/Progressive music.
