Open Relationships?

One buddy of mine recently divorced has been in a open relationship for quite some time. It looks like there exists a whole countercultural community of swingers. Everybody basically cucks each other while staying friends and effortlessly hang out together. The biggest reason why this won't work for many men and women is jealousy. I know some miscers are in open relationships, what is your perspective on open relationships?

I take sex way too seriously to ever be open to such an idea. I can’t give my opinion without putting down anyone else’s relationship, but if it works for them then great.

What about a case where you have a group 10 close friends even mixture of gender and "relationship" is loosely defined? Does "feels" = "possessiveness"?

Is it physically impossible to love more than one person?

It is impossible, even those people in poly relationships always love 1 person more than another. Even in a group of 3 very very close friends, one pair will always be closer. Sure you can have feelings for more than one person, but you will 100% Always end up loving one more than the other.
