It has to be different for each person but I believe it entirely depends on the relationship type.

Some get into relationships and it becomes their entire image. Their lives revolve around each other and I believe these kind of guys have low test to begin with.

On the other hand, some end up together because they compliment each other. There's no cute social media bullchit or flaunting of each other, it's just building each other up, addressing sexual needs, keeping eachother accountable for staying fit, etc.

Still, the sex needs to be there IMO.

Yea thats definitely one if, if not the biggest, contributing factor

A Finnish study of over 2000 women found that womens' sex drive diminishes in long term relationships/the longer they are with the same partner (they said mens' sex drive stayed roughly the same).

It does fit with my experience and what a few other women have told me (though there are others I know who don't lose it).

From a female perspective I have a couple of theories;

a. Genetic variety in the relatively few offspring females can produce.

b. No further need for pair-bonding/commitment-forming sex .. if a woman feels threatened by another woman going after her man, or thinks he might leave; I bet you'd see her sex drive for him come back.

(There's actually an extreme form of this called 'hysterical bonding' when people cheat, though in general it's not a good thing, cause they still break up due to all the deceipt/bitterness/lack of trust).

It's not hard.

Stay attractive this means more than staying in shape. It means being fun and spontaneous. Having a job. Having a life outside of her plus other things.

2. Learn how to initiate properly.

3. Learn what responsive desire is and how to stoke it.

Handle those three things and you should be holden for a minimum 3x per week.
