I don't know how to ride a motorcycle or stick shift, but learning how to do both WHILE ALSO knowing how to drive an automatic is impossible.

I repped all those for 8 reps at 165lbs in 2016 lmao. Srs.
And trust me, I'm an average natty.

Agree 1000% with OP.
There is no possible way any natty can ever fkn recover from 3 heavy sessions of bench, squat, and deadlift in 1 week to ever make respectable gainz at all 3.
Your body and CNS will very quickly get very shot.
And don't ever tell me to "eat more" to recover, you stupid dogchit *******. I refuse to eat and bloat up to a bloatmaxxxxx powerlifting ******* just so I can hit mediocre numbers on all 3.
Aesthetics > all. The true proper lifting philosophy of all natty bros should be excel 1 only ONE of the three lifts, then make sure you max aesthetic gainzz.

OP should edit his post to say:
Reaching good numberes in ALL three lifts WHILE MAINTAINING AESTHETICS is impossible. Then this statement would hold 1000000% true.
Good luck trying to reach peak aesthetics while you have to force feed yourself 4k calories a day just to improve on the big three lifts ROFLMAO.

Dude at my gym who is beastmode squats 4 plates and benches 3 plates. Haven't seen him deadlift though. He is shorter than me though and built like a fukkin tank.

Bodybuilding is dead anyway(at least the current fad obsession with it) by 2020 we'll be gone full cycle, jogging and aerobics will be in vogue.

I dont believe anyone who achieves those numbers is natty unless they can provide pics of when they bulked and were over 20% bf or are like 250 lbs.

I was doing bench press today and honestly it has to be the most pointless exercise ever, at least with squats and deadlifts it seems something remotely athletic.

3/4/5 is definitely possible natty if you have good genetics, but I agree with the OP that natty’s are wasting their time doing these compounds.

OP is definitely the alt of banned miscer GilesMiles1. What are the odds that they will have almost the same username and both claim that everyone benching more than 315 is not natty?
Some guy hit 315 on bench and the old GilesMiles kept pestering him with accusations

If you want to be head turningly exceptional in any one of those lifts, you need to junk the other two. It's not happening. I'm talking a 3 plate bench, deep 4 plate squat, repping a 5 plate dead.. you are NOT EVER going to achieve all 3.
Please accept this and stop wasting years trying to be the exception. You aren't. These are hard lifts that tax your CNS to beyond what you can recover from, very quickly.
My advice is to lollygag on 90% of your training and go hard on the one or two lifts you really care about. I will bump this thread in a year and report my results. (It's a theory at the moment and it's only my opinion. Although I'm almost certainly right).

You need to stop being a whiner and set realistic steps along the way, and you'll get there.

I would say that it is nearly impossible to hit a 315 bench, 405 squat and 500 deadlift, with good form, as a natty, and look good. There are many people I have seen that are likely natty that can hit those numbers, but they look like a pile of sh!t they are such high bf%. To be really lean and hit those numbers natty.. lol not happening for ~98% of people who ever set foot in the gym.
Weighted pullups = 195 lbs x1
Weighted dips = 225 lbs x2
Squat = 405 x2
