And calisthenics is just what the twinks do to “stay lean” which is fine but just like no one cares about my squat numbers that surely for care about your medicine ball tosses lol

Everybody lies about being natty, so there really is no way to tell what is actually possible. You just gotta keep on pushin' cuz.

Here I am 165lbs in 2016
squat 4 plates for 8 reps
Can lift more than that now and without sleeves or belt etc - misc has such low standards it's sad as f**k tbh.

There are always exceptions, though: most people will never hit these lifts, or even a plate each lower, because of the patience and discipline required, regardless of bodyfat.I've been training 30 years. Never missed a week. Those lifts, for an average natty, who isn't fat, are utterly exceptional. Beyond rare. The number of 180 pounders ITT claiming to rep that is laughable.
But I think we can at least believe those with vids, or who give their name and point to public competition results in tested federations. You don't believe even them which is why you're getting sht, and deservedly so. "La la la I can't hear you!" It sounds like you've been at a globogym for a long time so your expectations are low. I get that.
Basically every healthy male under 50yo can squat 100, bench 75 and deadlift 120kg in their first three months, and the women 60/40/80. When I worked at the globogym we had 20 men and 6 women who could do that - out of 4,000 or more members. I mean, there were a few guys who could bench a lot more, but they didn't squat. So yeah, nobody did 3/2/4 there, either. In 4 years I never had a male bench 100+kg, excluding a few who started at like 95kg. In 6 months in my dusty garage 6 of us did it. Part of it was that PTs do 30' sessions, there's only so much you can do in half an hour, but... Environment is key.
You've obviously had a shtty environment. Get a better one.

I've always admired those people instead of putting them down. I always sought to learn from them but maybe I'm weird like that. Even in my early training days, I always copied whatever the biggest and strongest dudes in the gym were doing. I certainly never ran to the internet to bash them. It's hilarious chit that gites on every day though. We were at the gym last night, I finish up and head downstairs as my girl finishes her last few sets. Some twink comes up and asks her "you guys into bodybuilding?" meanwhile I was up there for 90 minutes and he doesn't say a word until I leave...another bitch made move. She explains I do a combo and he even mentioned "yeah, she is a strong guy" then goes on to say he tried bodybuilding but it was "too hard" so he gave up...no pussy, you didn't want to do what it took to gain weight and get strong and you're mentally weak which is why you're still 168 lbs at almost 6 foot. "Oh I was doing it natty" lol ok cool bro...
I said, "should we go back and explain to him that I was just on the road for 3 days in 3 cities, in 3 hotels and several different airports and still managed to train 4 times while I was away. I came home, got out of bed early and went to the gym, hit a squat PR of 562x6 @ 216 then finished 3 leg accessories, went home to do my job, run errands and play dad...then went back to the gym that night and did OHP of 135x15, 155x10, 170x8, 185x6 and 205x3 then 5 shoulder accessories and still managed to get all my meals in for the day..." Must be the huge amount of not nattiness that drives all of this LOLOLOL

Powerlifting is ten times better than bodybuilding as a natural. You can actually accomplish very good lifts in drug-tested competitions (obviously doesn't necessarily mean drug-free). Loads of IPF guys have insane lifts... It's a sport in which a true natural can really flourish for a long time.
Bodybuilding is completely futile as a natural, though. I did the bulk/cut cycle for years and, at best, looked like lean soccer player when cut... Natural bodybuilding competitions are pretty much a joke, too. Either completely laughable fake natties or a bunch of guys who look like swimmers. Pointless.

are you supposed to be able to squat more than you dead?
my max on both are about 4 plates each but that was after going up like this: 135x12,185x10,225x8,275x6,315x6 (I usually cant do 6 all at once, maybe 2 or 3 , rest for seconds and then do 3 more) then 365x 1 and 405 x 1
if I was fresh and not cutting like I was always doing.. I could proabably lift more..
on bench I dont think I attempted 3 plates because I was afraid without a spot but maybe 280-290 (after many sets of bench before)
