I cant believe some of the responses of you US miscers in here, all geared up and ready to support war over what, from unproven gas attacks in the UK and syria? Do people honestly give a **** about people killing their own in their own ****hole country?

Put it this way, what if US = syria and some countries bomb you for some BS they claim happened, which even if u did gas ppl it's your countries problems, killing your own ppl. Then some countries decide to bomb you and the world doesnt give a ****, they go around bombing whoever they want whenever they want, how is that a good thing?

It is, but a nation cannot be passive and hope for the best, google appeasement for an example. As much as we do not want war, we cannot avoid it at times.
Also blackheart dude who negged me calling me retarded how about you respond and give you input to this thread instead of emotionally pmsing and hating on me for giving my opinion.

Like i said.. I think its necessary over food and water.. Thats about it. Like a dwindling supply and last left standing survives.. Otherwise, it seems it could be avoided

It goes both ways though, on both parties

it may be unproven to the public, but it brings up the question, who should we trust more, our government or an "enemy" government. Can you blame us for trusting our president over russia?

This is so stupid. Why would Assad's regime use chemical weapons in Douma, an area where Syrian forces were already winning; only to complicate his position? to potentially spark WW3?

It is still unproven which side used chemical weapons in Douma!

I hope cooler heads prevail and the proxy war between USA and Russia does no escalate into a bigger conflict.

God damn some of you guys are uneducated, really think Assad would use chemical on his own people, after he was winning/won the war on ISIS, after he was democratically elected into power, after the fact that he knew if he did do anything things like this would happen? I hope some of you guys are trolling if not please go watch a couple of youtube videos.

If you knew history you would know every time in American history the "official" reasons given for going to war are based on lies and fueled by war propaganda.

Can't understand miscers

Air strikes = "oh em gee, we've entered into a full blown war with Syria! This will end bad!". You guys act as if a quarter of a million troops touched base on the ground in Syria

"I feel bad for Asad". u wot m8? Dude is an absolute nutbag dictator. Does it mean the US needs to get involved? No, but any shiit that befalls this guy is welcomed.

"We're going to war with Russia now!". The fuk? Stop jumping to stupid conclusions. Nothing direct will happen, it'll be proxy nonsense and cyber attacks at best.

Because Europe doesn't stomach the thought of a leader gassing his own people maybe?

Nice to entertain a good conspiracy theory... But where do the chemical manufacturing facilities come from? And did the global overlords sneak munitions inside of them?

Also what about the other manufacturing facilities there that weren't selected for bombing (due to having civilians or Russian presence for example... as hinted by the question and answer session today by Mathis and Dunbar.. they didn't say so but they did say there were other facilities not chosen for targeting, and they said they chose these for specific reasons of hurting chemical weapons manufacturing capability while minimizing casualties, so you can pretty much put 2 and 2 together - that there ARE OTHER facilities but there and they have either Syrian civilians or Russian military) So it is hard to imagine a case that this is a conspiracy here.

Conspiracy theories are nice but it is odd that Syria would have chemical weapon manufacturing facilities that they are unaware of, if they are an innocent player here.

They're already firing missiles at Syrian chemical weapons plants, that are being shot down by Syrian missile defence systems. US & Europe are deliberately not shooting at targets in the reach of Russian and Iranian missile defence systems to avoid escalation.

-why would someone build a sarin manufacturing building in the middle of their capital city?

-Even if it were a chemical weapon factory, isn't it Syria's right as a sovereign nation to keep chemical weapons as a deterrent? They have a neighbor that has a stockpile of over 400 nukes. The united states has the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in the world and are the only nation ever to actually use them, killing over 100,000 innocent civilians. Do you see the hypocrisy ? It seems like you have some sort of G.I. Joe good guy vs bad guy comic book understanding of the world
