shazam is better than captain marvel, Aquaman better than submariner,, green lantern is an awesome charachter, dr fate as good as dr strange. I like both universes, wouldnt say marvel is way better at all, but marvel and disney have done so much better with their storylines than dc and warner bros. Justice league should have been better than avengers but they messed it up pretty bad.

I do think people are a little impatient with conventional hero narratives though. A lot of the time with, a standard hero/villain narrative has some other genre overlayed onto it. Guardians of the Galaxy is a goofball comedy space-opera, while Jessica Jones is a noir detective story. That kind of stuff sets it apart like adding different exercises to the same body part instead of only focusing on BB Bench with marginal returns for effort.

With Suicide Squad you have a kickass alternative approach since Batman's universe is expandingly epic. It's just too bad they shoved it into a conventional hero/villain arc (of all the franchises). The Batman detective story sounds sick though, and it's not like DC franchises don't have potential tricks up their sleeves.

yes it did say about how the universe started and their relation to infinity stones. Because the writers did not write how they could create, if it had the power to create, Thanos would have recreated Titan.

Could Thanos use the gauntlet to make more resources? Sure.

But guess what?

He’s the Mad Titan so his first thoughts go directly to wiping out 50% of the population. He probably didn’t even think of the other option.

Tyrion gonna make another gauntlet at the dwarven forge, then they steal all the infinity stones from Thanos and use that gauntlet to rekt as well as bring back ded heroes.

Don't think Dr. Strange can see the future in detail, he can only see things like having to give up the stone to save the universe instead of why.

He can change reality. Create unlimited energy. The gauntlet could fix most problems, if not all without killing people.

It is like Gamora said, “you don’t know that”. Thanos is guessing that the only way to preserve life is to diminish the population every so often to conserve resources. Too arrogant to consider a different way.

From nanotechnology to utilizing stars, their universe has shown plenty of ways to create unlimited resources.

It was even better the second time. The more I think about it, it might be my favorite MCU movie.

1a and 1b going into this were IM1 and Cap2. I’m not 100% sure but IW might have jumped them.

Feel like that's underselling it TBH. The first Avengers movie was "good" and the second one was awful.

Movie was good, too bad all those people died. The people that I expected to die actually didn't die like Iron Man and Captain America.

This was by far the best marvel movie, my previous favorites were winter soldier, GoTG 1, IM1, Avengers 1 and Thor Rag. This trumped them all

It's for the feminists.

We had one woman screeching in joy when Fury dropped that pager and showed her emblem on it. She was the only one screeching in the theatre and i felt like i wasted my time waiting for that dumb scene.

IMO. I think they shouldn't had end credit scenes.

Just finished reading Hickman’s Fantastic Four and I could not be more hyped to see them enter the MCU. They are absolutely epic when done right.

Think the novelty of 3D has worn off hard, no one gives as **** about it anymore and it sure as hell isn't worth an extra $5 or w/e.

Indeed, would have been awesome, too bad they decided to do Logan and finish him off, though its an awesome movie. Of course its Marvels fault for selling the rights so many years ago to Fox. Also would have been nice to see Hulk, instead of pussy scared Hulk.

I went to the 3D version, like you said, only 30% of the theater was filled. All the parents with kids and obnoxious people went to the cheaper one.

Not one person talked or clapped or screamed or used their cellphone the whole movie. Just gentle laughter at a few jokes.

Literally paying $5 extra to have a more well-behaved audience. Legit. Realized this once. I see every blockbuster in 3D, whether it needs it or not to not have to listen to kids and trashy people ruin the movie.

Used to have to wait 2-3 weeks to see new action movies or other people would ruin them until I noticed this. Now I just avoid opening night and see a 3D the next day. Works like a charm.
