Strength.

Bloatlords justify their diets with hurr durr what about strength. I look good I have 18 inch arms. Yeah fatcepts don't count boyo. Its easy to be big and strong a lot harder to be lean and strong.

Not everyone has the genetics to truly have a good body. Trust me I know.

The "I don't have time" is probably #1. People use it for everything and it's so delusional that it's actually sad.

Rhabdomyolysis
"Powerlifters shout at bodybuilders because bodybuilding produces mountains of muscle tissue with no functional purpose. Strongman competitors look down on powerlifters because there's more to strength than a one-rep max in three lifts performed with a minuscule range of motion. Olympic lifters, if you can find them, get to feel smug because every 4 years, you can turn on the TV at 3 AM and see them compete for gold. And everyone hates on CrossFit."

Genetics is the biggest cope because it would mean they believe it isn't possible for them at all.

Time is the most common reason and second biggest cope.

Age is an annoying one too. Always have these oldcels telling me how they used to be jacked and sh!t. I'm sure you were buddy, just like everyone else.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Females- “ I have a thyroid condition” or “ it’s genetic”

Males- “its all about powerlifting brah fuk bodybuilding” usually said by a 5’7 275 pound guy that wears a lot of gear and squats 315 for 2 reps—barely parallel at that.

"I'm beautiful in the inside, it's what counts"

and here's the anthem to it:

"Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't."

I'd probably say "time and energy".

You don't have time cause you watch TV from the time you get home from work til you go to sleep.

You don't have energy because your body is used to not moving around, you don't eat right cause "you don't have time", etc.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

"I don't want to get as big as you"

"I don't want to get THAT big"

"I don't want to gain TOO much muscle"

I get it from the skinnier HS brahs. Srs. I'm not even that big by misc standards. IRL I'm just a short athletic build.

If it was that fuking easy to get big I wouldn't be this size

I dunno about that - they just have bad skin. No amount of muscle is going to help moles/saggy tissue.
